Is there anyone else who thinks with their head and the facts that yes it was him. But then in their gut they think maybe it wasn’t – or something is very off here.
Having to listen to her reasoning is so revolting. Its literally like listening to someone explain how to gaslight. Just knowing she worked on the defense of Scott Peterson is offputting.
Allegedly they have him DMing a victim prior to the murders

Affidavit says he was "estimated" to be near the crime scene 12 times it DIDN'T say he was AT the crime scene 12 times. BIG difference.
Why would a tv show even waste time plotting a defense? These people just got killed. Lay off.
DNA is all I need to kno. Take him off the streets.

Remember that in a previous case last year, an attorney general did NOT consider strong cell-tower data showing the defendant was at a certain location maybe 10 times over a brief period of time AND that information was treated as unreliable even with videos of defendant at the same time as the tower showed. It was considered worthless.
I believe his phone connected to their Wi-Fi… or at least that’s what one of the victim’s Dad said.
Might as wells not have a trial if the. DNA comes on them how you gonna explain that Mr.Byran coburger?????
What they need to do is get the results back from the hair they found an the blood stains if DNA comes as one of them an the dog he is done!!

Why would BK be driving around near the victim’s house late at night; and early in the morning 12 different times?
He has no friends in the neighborhood of his victims because if he did they would have gone to the police station to explain why BK was at their house late at night; and early in the morning.
My only guess is these kind of people have to come to a realization that they may get caught and if they do, they’ll have a life sentence. They agree and go do the crime. Crazy

I'm a firm believer in our rights as Americans, innocent until proven guilty, sure . BUT…….. IF he is presumed ' Innocent ' until proven then why does he have NO Option for bond?

LE doesn’t put anything in PCA more than necessary to get arrest. Not sure pings will even be raised in trial if LE gets gps data from phone and/ or car
