WAY OVER DUE GUILTY SOB, STILL FREE
I think it's wild putting so much of the blame on Baldwin and not even being curious as to how live rounds got on set at all. Bullets aren't ants or mold or something that gets in somewhere on its own. Baldwin should have been more careful, I agree, but whoever brought live rounds on set made a choice that ended someone's life. Idk.
Weren’t there TWO accidental discharges prior to this??? Like how did this lady have a job
Your a hot head ,mistakes really
Lots of mistakes Alec should be professional to he made mistakes come on Alec
Alec, you took the eye off the ball, you made mistakes Fuss UP
In another video it was said that they often times did target practices off set!!
I handled an M-16 rifle on a professional nature being US Air Force Security Police, it was well known to all that we carried live .223 rounds with our rifles, 120 to be exact. We used a clearing barrel full of sand to insert the gun barrel into and cycle the gun as though we were firing it, this meant letting the bolt slide forward which had a round been in the rifle it would have been shot into the sand. A Non Commissioned Officer was assigned to the clearing barrel, both before and after our shift!! We were required to know the Air Force policy on use of deadly force, AFR 125-26, We never had a weapons mishap, and we did not carry our rifles with a round in the chamber unless ordered to do so. I was also a marksman with my M-16 and some 40 years later still retain that skill set.
It is common knowledge to consider every firearm as locked, loaded and dangerous even if you personally checked the gun yourself, it is ALWAYS loaded and chambered!! You do NOT point any firearm at other people unless you are ready to Lawfully shoot them. These are the basics that I taught my children when they became of age to handle firearms, I stressed it is NO Joke when being in charge of a firearm, even my children got it and never mishandled a firearm. My understanding is Baldwin thought he knew so much about firearms safety that he refused to submit to professional firearms training prior to shooting the movie!! And consider that thousands of western movies were filmed and no one was shot during the movies!!!
He didn’t pull the trigger and there had already been some mystery discharge. A lot of people are compliant here and some got immunity. Explain that to me. Explain the accidental discharge earlier. Ultimately, the armorer is responsible for the guns and the ammo. Baldwin is a butt at times but he was handed a hot gun and was told it was cold. What if that was you?
Where live ammo came from is definitely pertinent to the case
Not sure why any person watching his movies anyway
You pulled the trigger
Nobody is above the law especially liars like Baldwin
Why is Baldwin not in jail
ALEC is not gulity
Seriously why show a fake thumbnail with blood on Alec and a jacket? What's the point? You are big enough of a human being and Law and crime Channel not to perform such fakery. Thumbs down for that alone.👎ðŸ¼ðŸ‘ŽðŸ¼ðŸ™„🙄
Alec has no business being charged with this. The armourer handed a live gun to an actor. David Halls is a yellow belly protecting himself. 🤮 Good luck working on ONE MORE movie, Mr AD.
I Want my lawyer
😊wokes😊
😮rule 1 never point a gun at people
😮jak is a liar😊yep
👉👉👉 Look this is a very sad case, in which LITERALLY all the variables of a “PERFECT†accident. Yes was Alec Baldwin and the movie company irresponsible? Yes BUT the key issue here was Alec Baldwin NEGLECT on the use of a firearm. Let alone, did the DA test that firearm and invite Alec Baldwin lawyers to that test? How did that bullet end up on Baldwin gun? Who told Alec Baldwin the gun was “Cold There are a lot of arguments in which whether you like Alec Baldwin or NOT has to win that indictment the second time? 👈👈👈
In that seen in the church no fire arm was to be pulled out but Alec Baldwin changed the seen at last moment and did not have the armorer on set and all safety rule were not used plus the biggest rule of all never point a firearm at someone even if it has blanks in it so many have died like this and this was the number one rule put in place on a movie set and he didn't follow that rule of safety.
If he was shooting cans earlier on with that gun then he's guilty of more than involuntary manslaughter
Wait, so in New Mexico technically live rounds are allowed on a movie set because it's a right to carry state which includes the workplace. Did I hear that right?
and bill clinton didn't inhale!
and monica lewinsky didn't swallow!
Horrible, just horrible, treating him like he did it on purpose
Once Upon a Time in Santa Fe.
Quentin Tarantino should make it. He's one producer that follows NRA safety rules for firearms.
It’s the armorer’s fault, Alec was somewhat negligent in not checking the firearm, but that being said he is not the weapons expert on set. If he was so easily able to obtain the firearm then that is a failure of the armorer, not the person who obtained the firearm. The Armorer is responsible for the arms they bring on set. This is all a result of the armorer’s negligence of the control of the armorer weapons and ammunition.
Alec Baldwin is NOT the peson responsible for the shootings. It was NOT his job to make sure the gun wasnt loaded with a live round.
There's more to this. I believe it was a political move of some sort.
So much distraction in preparation that negligence often occur.
However, it’s not the actors fault. It should be the entire production along with the weaponry team.
Do I have a case In the Alec Baldwin case They threw out the fire arm enhancement law because The time of the incident That law was not in effect The law changed after that incident In my case I had my 4th Dui I took the plea deal And only charge for a 3rd in 1997 At that time the judge told me I could get my driver's license back in 10 years So a couple of years ago I went To district court To try to get my Driver's license back and told The judge The judge at that time told me I could get my driver's license in 10 years So it is well over 20 years The judge told me that the laws have changed and I Have to get the interlock license for one year According to the new laws Can I go back to court and tell them about the Alec Baldwin case How they could not use new laws That didn't apply to me at the time of the incident
17:09 Jon Malkovich
Charges are going to be dropped people. LOL Just like I told you so. LOL
Steve Wolf… what a legend.
But you did not check the gun.
Takes only 1 minute check it.
It’s really sad that Alec is taking the hard hit for this. While yes you should never point a gun at another regardless of its loaded or not at the end of the day his job was to act the armorers job was to make sure all the guns were cold and had no live ammo. I don’t believe criminal charges are warranted to anyone but the people who were responsible for the guns because Alec already will live the rest of his life remembering the very second a cold gun shot his friend with live ammo
