Unfortunately that child is being groomed to do that kind of work. They run these scams all over here in Maryland and they use their children in their scams.
One evening I was driving on a curvy country back road and one of those ladies was just standing on the side of the road with a child in her arms meanwhile down the road I saw her husband was watching from a car close by. It was scary because i almost fell for it and thought she needed help! No it was a ploy to make someone pull over

The fact that she's from Romania tells me a lot. My Dad runs a Christian charity from here in the UK, helping struggling Christians in Romania. There's a sub-group of people in Romania who are known for behaviour like begging, bending the truth & other questionable behaviour. My Dad's flown into Bacharest airport goodness knows how many times within the last 30 years. Romania is also one of the bigger European countries. Forget "like a city". She's talking total BS. The best thing they can do is send her & her son back to Romania, where he can hopefully reconnect with his Dad. The worst thing you can do is allow this sub-group of people to believe they can just arrive in the US & continue messing people around. And their children are the ones who suffer the most.

I’m not really fond of the psychological evaluations presented in the videos. As a former respite worker and child guidance counselor during respite periods, I can tell you most of what is stated is psycobabble. Fancy words meaning nothing. It’s something people in the profession use when they are dealing with the unintelligent. It seems like a condescending attitude toward a perceived lack. I refused to use it as it keeps the divide open and even deepening it. It is extremely off putting and drives people away rather than gathering them in.
