  1. Every video you publish makes me glad that I didn't move to the US and decided to stay in Canada where our law enforcement is college educated in law and we don't have these huge problems

  2. The elderly couple at their home case is just another example that people who either cannot read or have severely limited reading comprehension skills are still hired to be police officers.

  3. Hi, free country is a joke we the people are held for ransom or jailed if we the people do not comply all across the nation ,we the people need to have a revolution and not give any tax money till our representatives president and agencies figure out who's country and money it belongs to, this is the people's country and money we pay them to run it for us not the other way around period 😮🎉😢

  4. Cops don't care about statutes or legal rights. They have a gun and a badge and you do as they tell you otherwise they will ruin your life either socially or physically, and then you can spend 15 years going through the courts to try and get restitution.

  5. Assault on police is actually isn’t a crime anymore it an only a city ordinance but that’s only if the town wants it. And a lot of city/ towns are getting rid of it

  6. Typical incompetence for law enforcement! Ignorant arrogant tyrannical couple of idiot cops! Why don’t law enforcement officers study videos like this to educate themselves? Unbelievable!

  7. 21:15 that officer is talking like he is a social worker. Officer you don’t know what the hell you are talking about, he does not pay any bills there I’m sure so he can’t damage the property his mom is responsible for to get in. Loser cop.

  8. The last girl was lucky the cops were wrong cause she was soooo annoying. Asking “Why do you want my phone?!” over and over yet wouldn’t let the officer speak. Not saying she deserved it but she still sucked

  9. ~15:00… i’m sorry but i don’t feel bad for this guy. if a cop tells you to keep your hands out of your pockets, you just do it. he literally asked for it by fighting her about it. lmao.

  10. Qualified Immunity should be left to a jury. Not saying abolish it as there could be instances where it applies but if using the reasonableness of the circumstances, that would be best determined by common people – i.e. a jury of their peers.

  11. See what happens to innocent citizens that didn't do anything wrong. They get the screws, put to them. That's how the system works.Everybody else gets away with their criminal acts. And the citizen is the one that gets the long lasting suffering of the fact that they didn't receive any justice at all the system to them up and spit them out

  12. When you here these settlement numbers, remember that they get money from you at gun point. Police misconduct settlements should be paid out of their pension funds, it should hurt all of them. Theyll whine and complain that they need qualified immunity and that they "fear for their safety". They should. Theyre bad people doing a bad job. Ata will tell you that you should never fight them in the streets, but recognizes that they will drag you through years of bullshit. The government and the entire history of this country recognizes that the correct punishment for tyrants is death. The government wont ever give you that though

  13. Damn so the security guard just called the police instead of going over there and having a conversation with the gentleman 😂😂😂I’m pretty sure in there hand book it talks about de-escalating the situation before getting police involved. Scary azz security guards.

  14. I don't know if i can agree with the last one. If they suspected her, they legally could take her phone they just can't access it until they have a court order. Courts have agreed that a phone represents evidence that can be easily destroyed and so exigent circumstances laws cover the confiscation of phones but access would be limited to court order.

  15. Florida continues to be one of the worst states for police overreach. I can't believe they reinstated that horrible female cop, but also gave her qualified immunity after all of that. End qualified immunity, ban female officers outright.
