  1. What kind of opening statements were those? Lol I've watched over a hundred trials and I've never seen opening statements like that before. I mean at least the prosecutors was put together a bit. The defense just got up and winged it. That was unreal 🤣

  2. Alex leaving court day 1 like he's some special talk show host giving instructions to sister, waving & shaking hands after he instructs sheriff to wait! You sir are being escorted by the sheriff because you are going back to jail!

  3. Bubba is the best evidence that this prosecutor has, had it not been for him grabbing a chicken Alec would of probably got away with this. I still wanna know when he took those guns the one that went missing in 2018 at a house party and the other one. They say Paul was careless with his stuff but I wanna know when he took them and hide them and how come his detective son never found it as he would search through Alec’s stuff.

  4. How on earth is it possible that a State Senator is also a private lawyer!? I mean… apart even from the conflict of interest, how can a senator even have time to prepare for a trial like this?!

  5. When Buster testified he admits that he loads his gun with those shells that they were shells that killed them. One gun Buster did it and Alex is taking the blame. No doubt. U can hear someone say Buster n the kennel video. Busters alibi is a bs coverup. Come on ppl

  6. If the video was never found he would still be telling the lie he wasn't there. He only admitted it because he was forced to do so. No one else was at that scene, the killer was able to get up on Maggie and Paul without than reacting. No tyre tracks, no murder weapon was used, family weapons were used. He lied about being there. There's only one reason to do that, to protect himself from scrutiny.

  7. I like how when the prosecutor is giving his opening statement and describing how Paul and Maggie were killed, Alex his nodding his head like "yep that's how it went down"

  8. That's y he chose to kill that son because he knew his son was gonna go to prison sooner then later for killing Mallory Beach so he figured Paul instead of buster and better go ahead and kill Maggie cause she would've ended up finding out he done it so gotta get rid of her….. Buster better b glad he didn't live there at the time or he might've been dead to 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

  9. Thanks to Law & Crime for their outstanding coverage of this trial. I missed many days in the beginning, but you have saved it for posterity for those of us who didn't have time to watch it. I'm beginning today, 3/6/202 from day one.

  10. All the shotguns in the house were preloaded with 2 shells exactly the same. Why did he need to load Paul's shotgun? I say that is the one that killed Paul and he needed to get some shells in it with the quickness because he slipped up there and they were already on the way. Maggie's DNA was found on that shotgun! No reasonable explanation to me for that. The 300 Blackout was already at the kennels because Paul was and anybody who knows anything about feral hogs knows you go nowhere at night without a gun that can kill them or they could kill you!

Why would 1 or 2 people show up to kill them without guns? How would they know they would be there and the guns would be there? Makes no sense!

Alex own testimony said whoever did this thought about it a long time! Wouldn't that person then bring a gun with them? Unless that person is Alex and the guns are there. He lied about being at the kennels until he was caught. He didn't know Paul took that video or Paul's phone would have been missing too. He admitted to too many things in his testimony that makes me say yes he did it!

  11. Alex and cousin eddie did this. alex took the phones and "Got out of there" but he put Pauls back and he threw maggies out the car window. Neither phones had any blood. Impossible.

  12. Having no knowledge about this case or Alec Murdaugh.. & judging from the opening statements alone, I feel it's a weak case & a serious challenge for the prosecution..🤔⚖

  13. Just want to say, i think he did this…but the family including Alex ,and Paul had many enemies…Alex ripped off a host of people and his boy killed a young lady..so who knows???
