   Where is the gunshot residue? Where is the blood stains? This is key evidence in proving guilt. Circumstantial evidence does not prove guilt no matter what people say. There is no forensic evidence to support the prosecution in pinning these murders on Alex. Especially, the manner in which both Maggie and Paul were butchered. There would have been blood all over Alex Murdaugh these are the facts. This is his life and the lost lives of two people. It would have been very easy to frame a man that stole money from people. Anyone could have been responsible. It was easy to hate Alex Murdaugh for the financial crimes he committed. The two deaths of young people, the maid. There is plenty of motive to harm Alex Murdaugh's family. Paul had callously enabled the death of a young woman in the boat accident. There was plenty of reasons to hate Alex and seek revenge. The best way to hurt him would have been to go after his family.

   Of course it matters if he was at the kennels b/c he lied & said he wasn’t meathead. He also changed his clothes & showered bag of hot air numb nuts. You also were gonna be Paul def attorney claiming his innocence?? Unfortunately, he served no time in jail even being charged with maybe manslaughter but daddy took care of that.

    I have to admit that this defense attorney is good. He comes off likable, intelligent and convincing. I'd definitely want him as my lawyer. That being said, I don't have much doubt Alex killed his family. And while there may not be direct evidence, if there's enough circumstancial it can make a compelling case. And most prosecutors aren't going to take a case they don't think they can reasonably win. (Btw the Behavior Panels video analyzing his body language the night of the murder when being questioned by the detective is great. At first when I saw him in tears at the start I thought ok maybe this guy is innocent. But they immediately shut off, with all other emotion. And he's just totally unbothered or concerned while being asked questions. I know people can respond differently to trauma, but this is crazy.

    I'd like yo know how the state was able to convince a grand jury to take this case to trial? Afterc4 days of testimony I am sickened by the way the detective and Mr Greene, head officer ignored evidence and clearly looked at no one else for this crime even tho Maggie had brown hair tangles in her fingers while laying dead on the ground!! Alex clearly doesn't have brown hair, and that Paul had a bruise and scratches on his cheek! Where did this bruise and brown hair come from???? Who on that boat had brown hair that was so distracted they may commit this crime?? That should have been the first suspect!!! I'm shocked that this trial is even I'm progress

    In the interview video inside the cop car Alex (who fake cries the whole time) said he kneeled down and checked their pulse. So if there’s so much blood and brains everywhere than why didn’t he have any blood on him? Because he went to his demented mother’s house and cleaned up. Burned the clothes. This case is so easy for the state!
