A Wisconsin man is facing charges after allegedly stealing a woman’s car and abducting her in the process on January 14. The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office said 51-year-old Kyle Wagner was arrested after a high-speed chase ended in a crash. Authorities said the victim was not injured during the incident. That “tactic†could have killed the victim. They were more concerned with the length of time her call for help was taking than her actually being safe and alive and unharmed. This is horrendous police work.

this man, unfortunately was having a mental breakdown this is sad really.
I personally know this person he was my sisters boyfriend. He had a drug problem. The woman that was I. The car got him the drugs and was a truck stop lot rat doing drugs with him . I’m not condoning his actions I think it’s kind of messed up. Actually, I think it’s very messed up. The people commenting saying people aren’t safe in America don’t know the whole story they just know it by media so before you judge a book by its cover or convict somebody you should listen to the whole story.
