As disgraced lawyer Alex Murdaugh’s family murder trial enters day four, the accused killer’s attorney theorized there could be two shooters responsible for the murders of Maggie and Paul. The two guns, two shooters theory has created the question of whether Murdaugh’s surviving son Buster was investigated as a potential accomplice to the crimes his dad is accused of. Former FBI agent Tracy Walder gives her take.

Hunters with private lodges and dog kennels full of trained Labrador Retrievers shoot guns all the time. If it’s not hunting season, they are at the gun range or out in the country shooting on their property.
There is a handgun in the glove box and a shotgun by the doors.

Tracy Walder has no conception or understanding of how weaponry can actually work totally-Slngs can very well make it more accessible to have on his body to have close at hand.
Also a 12 gauge is a very controllable gun and the way you describe it you would think it’s a cannon of some sort-When you’re reporting on anything research and hands on can be a friend.
I believed the story he used to guns, but thinking now about how fast he would have had to be…. and how risky that would have been changing his gun out within the seconds he would have had to do it, then still be far away enough to aim, but close enough to hit them… it's fishy!

He used 2 guns to throw them off it was easy for him to do and the clothes was such an issue and he didnt do it why not say i got them clothes and shoes ill bring them in but he knew he couldnt do it because they were full of blood and he exposed them when you continue to get lies how can he be trusted when he got caught up and he still told sled it couldnt be him the only reason he finally told that he was down there he knew to many had already said that it was him and i beleive he knew paul had the video is why he roled paul over to get his phone but then seen it was locked and he didnt know the pass word he done this to his poor family what a shame he felt there was no other choice he didnt act like going back to the house was because he wanted to sell it to continue his habbit and why he made it look malious because he knew they wouldnt think he done it and why he cant eat well yes he couldnt eat he just shot his wife and son and he knew his life was unfolding the way he cried and snotting of course he was upset he felt the only way to make things better was to kill them he has alot of guilt inside of him and he used that to cry and make sure people knew he didnt do it im sure if maggie would have lived she would have divorced him and he didnt want to be in that situation and poor paul he knew the boat case was in 3 days he didnt have millions to pay for mallorie he probably knew he wouldnt be able to be his lawyer i feel so sorry for this family and i know some may still want to beleive him who would think there loved one could ever be able to do this but in fact its all over the world love ones getting killed for less than what alex was going through

The REMAINING Part to this Crime.. Steven Smith knows of Evidence related to the Death of Mallory Beach.. Buster … Puts a Beating ,on Steven and ENDS, His Life.. This Closes the Influences of the Murdaugh's involvement in Legal Matters, in the State of South Carolina..

Alex murdaugh is a master master master manipulater even when you listen to the jail house calls a part of me feels sorry for him even though I no I shouldn't.
There is no reason to think that one of the killings was unintended. If Paul wasn't supposed to be there or if Paul had the shotgun, I could see Alex taking it from him and firing it short range. A shot gun isn't as reliable long range, so he used the automatic.

I thought…maybe he was on a golf cart, side by side, or the four wheeler they talked about that was moved and had a flat tire. I thought….. when he said , " he was leaving " what if he come around with one gun and shot Paul….while he was on the golf cart ,etc….then grabbed another gun and started shooting Maggie. But that's just a theory. I didn't watch every single person talk while they were on the stand to testify. So I might of missed something. I did see the video about the cellphones and how many steps they took. I didn't understand everything they were talking about. Did AM have his cellphone on him while he was down there at the kennels? I know Paul did and Maggie did. Then at some point Maggie's cellphone was taken and thrown somewhere else to make it look like the killer/ killers got rid of her phone as he, she, they were leaving out of there. I believe that right. I even thought maybe the reason why AM was driving fast was because he had to meet up with his drug dealer before Maggie and Paul knew he was gone. Just a thought. That was before I understood about the video Paul made. If AM didn't do it then he had to of heard the gun shots. He either really did it or he knows who did kill them. IMO.
