My first time watching the entire trial, but not only am I sus of Buster because he just acts way too chill about this entire thing, I also think he looks like the supervillain from The Incredibles
So years prior, there was some type of alarm according to Sgt. Varnadoe, BUT NO mention of past OR present time(2021) of any security cameras.
Alex had no idea how many people his actions would hurt & effect when it all did blow up. So many people like Rogan & Morgan doughty lost SO much because of him. They were just pawns in his sick game 💔
The family just sat there no emotion when pictures were shown of thier bodies…but when the kennel videk was sjown they all refuse to look and at the same time face the door. I would wznt to see my brothers. Nephews last video.
Wonder why he was trying to access maggie and pauls phone especially maggies.
I wish we could see the evidence. We got to see everything in the Darrell brooks trial
I’ve watched a lot of trials and some of them are so different. Does anyone know ….isn’t there something called discovery ? Does the defense and the prosecution know all of the evidence that is gonna be shown ahead of time ? Like were these phone records a surprise to the defense ?

The son is just as twisted as the father. Sits completely unconcerned as photos of his mother and brother are shown. Which "normal" person sees such pictures and doesn't change a face.

I would imagine that there would be a lot of labor adding the optic & suppressor to each of the original guns; justifying the difference in price compared to the 3rd replacement gun.

3:58:00 Defense trying to claim the report they handed witness is his… nope, it's been changed.
4:19:00 Alex begins to loose it again as witness testifies Maggie's phone comes on, the camera app is started and orientation changes (like someone fiddling with taking a photo?), screams of catching him in the act of handling her phone at this point. 8.54pm -9.06pm (phone also records steps happening) screen bumps on at 9.31 again.

Wow, I am neither Southern or American, but the exquisite cutting polite enquiry by the defence (4:47) about would they still have the geo data from the night of the murders from the phone if a Faraday bag had been used still burned even me. I imagine that if you are culturally tuned in to that, that must have cut like a knife. Ruthless. I feel for the phone analyst! He knew his stuff (although it was bit mean of the prosecution making him do maths on the stand! not fair with millions watching), but the defence still managed to make him look a bit less precise for a moment.

Can not understand how anyone could believe this man is innocent after listening to Rogans testimony. He fits the theme of a family annihilator under mounting financial and legal stress. He makes a plan to spare the family the humiliation of hitting rock bottom and his motive is also likely selfish in nature to try and distract his many financial indiscretions by being a man in deep grief. Either way beside motive Alex pleads and pleads that he was nowhere near the site of the murder when his wife and son were shot, why, he was a good son visiting his demented mother! Hog wash, and after seeing he was there on this Snapchat video and corresponding the times the victims died according to their last cell phone use offers no mistake that Alex is the killer. Way to go to the dog cash. I like to thing that Mallory beach is also looking down on this court case on this mess of a family and the man at its core finally being brought to justice.
