  1. He either killed them or hired someone to do it. There is no way your wife and son just got their heads blown off and you came out " CLEAN" even if he didn't do it. He would have some blood on him from trying to turn Paul over. You would think AM would try to hold them someone while crying because he's in disbelief that that actually happened but instead he said he made it a point not to disturb the scene. He's a generational lawyer. He knows what to do and what not to do. He washed himself off right there at the kennel because he knew he could just say they cleaned the kennels and that's reason for all the water. And the blood he rinsed off hoself would just run and mix right in with all Paul's blood. He was too clean. He tried to get on Paul's phone to maybe delete the video but didn't know his password so he put it back down. He's quilty and again if he didn't do it he hired someone to do it

  2. okay I'm so tired of these people thinking that financial stress of a generationally wealthy man is not a motive for murder. family annihilations in the past have been motivated by far less stressful situations. chandler halderson murdered both his parents because he didn't want to tell the truth that he had lied about going to college and his father found out. both of his parents would have absolutely supported him despite his lying but he didn't want his girlfriend to find out. why are we arguing about logic when it comes to murder? ITS MURDER. JFC.

  3. I'm watching more than a month after the fact but dang it, it's fun watching the defense get their butts handed to them by the CFO on the witness stand.😆👏

  4. In case anybody knows. Has Alex Murdaugh gone through a process of rehabilitation? If he has been taken drugs for such a long time, a sudden withdrawal can even kill a person. That hasn't happened, obviously, but I'd like to know, if anybody knows.

  5. 9:02:00 I could feel the pain of this witness. He tried to help him, he had to take the fall for one of Alex's misdemeanours, and in a way he was still trying to help him. It's incredible the sea of wrecked lives that Alex is leaving behind.

  6. I have just read Brian Gunn's comment saying that he misses the days of subject matter jurisdiction. Me as well, so I hope that Brookes self-represents himself again in his remaining trial concerning the three charges of domestic violence against Erica Patterson. Outside of there, hopefully I won't ever see such behaviour in court.

  7. "It is not hearsay. They said it to me." She was so over the defense attorney and his questions from the getgo. It's not wonder–she must have gone through such a difficult time, having to deal with a scandal which could have finished with her career for good. It also brings her own reputation into disrepute, as she may have being accused of stealing some herself, or turning a blind eye.

  8. 1:18:43 – Legal arguments without jury
1:55:09 – Heidi Galore, Snapchat Law Enforcement Lead
2:07:53 – Judge dismissing jury to jury room for in camera testimony

In camera hearing (without jury present)

3:58:28 – Return from break, in camera hearing continues with Jeannie Seckinger
4:38:21 – Discussion regarding further in camera hearing testimony

    [Trial Testimony with Jury continues]
6:04:36 – Return from lunch break, Dylan Hightower, 14 Circuit Solicitor’s Office
7:31:20 – Sr. Special Agent Katie McCallister, SLED
7:44:19 – Jury dismissed for continuation of in camera hearing

    In camera hearing resumes
7:55:38 – Michael Gunn, Forge Consulting
8:16:35 – Chris Wilson, former friend of Alex Murdaugh, tried personal injury cases together
9:07:04 – Discussion of schedule for continuation of 404 hearing witnesses

  9. I really like that his lawyers are trying to imply that these clients decided they wanted to give Alex all their money they won, because they needed it but clearly must have decided the wealthy Alex Murdaugh needed it more. What a ridiculous argument

  10. I just wanna say that Law and Crime's commentary seems biased and personal, as if they are placing themselves in AM's shoes. Taking time to watch police interrogations with other YouTube channels, people have murdered for much less than the exposure of previous crimes. Especially when said persons are drug addicts. I have a feeling that if this was anyone other than a close relation to a "prestigious legal dynasty," this bias wouldn't exist.

  11. Why doesn't the judge just say I over ruled an objection yesterday and thought I'd made a mistake so I sat up all night and studied more and decided I hadn't made a mistake and the over ruling stands? What waffle, waffle, waffle.

  12. when they are asking the friends about the dynamics of the family…when I hear how 'perfect' a family is, I suspect there's a toxicity that is underlying that 'perfect' facade the family has to present to the outside world
