  1. He has stolen all that money, so how on earth can he afford such a expensive lawyer to defend him from stolen money perhaps, what really gets to me that he stolen that insurance money from the housekeeper that died because of a fall she had at alex house and he received 3.5 million which was supposed to go to the children of the deceased housekeeper. That man is beyond evil that housekeeper looked after his sons as they grew up he should get the dead sentence.

  2. I never seen such a $hitbird in all my life .he has all that money and let's those boys get kicked out of their mobile home…I hope he gets the chair. He can hold a T/v dinner for me….
    Hahahahahahahaahhah

  3. That one lawyer on the prosecution team is a great speaker! Stealing cash from people that need it is disgusting! Doing whatever it takes not to face the music is evil! God will not punish him but the devil will play with him!

  4. Defense is lying. He was transferring bad debts to Maggie’s name, right before her death. Plus she was supposed to meet with an appraiser and was going to find out the dirt hubby was in, with everything. Even more than she probably already knew. I knew her family is just sick over this!

  5. I’ve never seen a courtroom like this. My apologies for sounding ignorant, but I’ve not been in many courtrooms. Just have never seen one like this with so much room and so many tables and people moving around.

  6. Why believe Alex's version of his "addiction" story? Everything else he said and did was a lie. Do you know how many opioid pills four million dollars would buy? So how is it possible that he could maintain his law practice and family life without anyone knowing? The fact is that he couldn't. It's just another diversion, so where is the money? Figure that out and you will be much closer to knowing why he killed Maggie and Paul.

  7. AM diverted client funds, insurance monies intense for clients, etc x10 years. He admits to a 20 year opioid addiction. He has been disbarred. He knows what he did. At this juncture I am 99% convinced he personally committed murder &/or hired someone to commit them. He knowingly took advantage of his law firm colleagues, family & family reputation. The more I hear, the more I'm in disbelief as to his immoral & unethical conduct. RIP Paul & Maggie & others who may have died or suffered as a result of his abhorrent behavior.

  8. "Maybe" he didn't do it. Maybe it was a hired hit (by him)- like the one he tried to get on himself.
Maybe that why he might have said "they did him so bad" maybe his son being dead was ok, but the brains being shot out of his head was a bit too far for AM.
All I am for sure about is that when people are desperate and feel backed into a corner, they are capable of ANYTHING!

  9. I agree with the attorney that it doesn’t make sense to kill his wife and son because there was no gain, but a temporary delay. He’s an attorney, so he knows suspect #1. If he did it, it was not for money or delay. Maybe, he knows the person that did it. However, I do believe that he is guilty of stealing money. He had big wins, but couldn’t touch until the last week of the year. He should’ve started his own practice and made his own rules.

  10. You know if they get him off for the murder. He may very well get off easy when it comes to the financial stuff. I don't understand all the details of it or maybe wrong but I understand everyone's been paid back and the defense could use time served plus all the tragedy he's been through and going through a trial losing his law license probably have to leave town. I mean it could be a possibility in the very end
