  1. If looks could kill 😂😂😂😂 the defense did NOT like the attorney who was representing the beach family in boat accident. The jury should have definitely should have been allowed to hear his testimony

  2. Poor miss shelly seemed like she was holding a planets sized burden on her shoulders the first half of her testimony, like she loved that family like hers and still to this day does not want to cause any harm or trouble for the Murdaughs even as she sat there stating that Alex TOLD her ge was there longer than he was, its like you can see it in her eyes that she just felt in her heart in that moment that he was guilty and he did commit the murders of his son which had became a uncontrolable variable in his delicate juggled financial web of lies as well as his wife which seemed to be getting ready to leave Alex and i am quite sure that maggie has decades of misconducts and crimes in her memory. Just my 2cents….

  3. 4:29:00 Mr. Griffin is such a dork being theatrical with a tarp. A new tarp is their evidence…. Remind you he has already dropped busters rifle on the ground during his cross, pointed a shotgun accidentially at a court official, tries to cut down time as much as possible, cant do basic operations on a "elmo" projector, fails to pay attention enough to call objections or call no objection, and most sadly of all, thought it was a wise idea to represent Alex Murdaugh……. I am sorry to say it but Mr. Griffin is a dumpy lawyer and maybe should have gone into accounting or something else men with soft hands do for work.

  4. If your reading this, thank you Mr. Tinsley. Your testimony at the in-person camera hearing was greatly appreciated, you were very informative and didn't bite any bait put out by the defense. Also loved your brashness within the court, you don't see much of that with professionalism still in mind.

  5. 1:20:47 Mallory beach’s lawyer takes the stand
2:06:34 defendant cross examination of Mallory’s lawyer
    2:39:16 redirect Mallory’s lawyer
2:45:29 prosecution asks judge about client lawyer privileges and defense says he will allow a witness to come on
2:48:59 next witness – Alex’s lawyer friend/partner that was there when the police were coming in and out during all the interviews
    2:54:36 defense cross examination
3:01:27 judge asks how many more times they will have to do witness testimony’s without the jury there
    3:03:04 break
3:17:33 judge gives ruling on if the information should be be presented to the jury and if so, at what time
3:40:55 care giver of Alex’s mom takes the stand
4:27:11 cross examination from the defense
4:53:32 break while prosecutors look at a video interview that the defense did with the care giver that wasn’t given to court prior/ lunch break
6:20:43 redirect of the care giver
6:32:20 defense cross examination 2nd time of care giver
6:37:53 next witness – sled special agent crime scene unit that executed a search warrant for Alex’s moms house
6:48:35 cross examination of sled agent
    6:59:59 redirect of sled agent
    7:02:37 next witness – Paul’s friend
(I’m still watching so I will edit in the times as I go!)

  6. Wow the home health aide and the prosecutor took us back to 30s. Her whole demeanor is screaming “I’s just trying to do my job, sir, ion wants no trouble sir”

This is one part of the world that is probably a page turner if you read through their archives.

  7. Mr. Tinsley is on the side of the angels and everyone (most of all the Murdaughs) knows it.

And to top it all off, he was being treated out-of-state for Stage Four Cancer.

Truly a remarkable person, attorney, everything.

Ms. Beach’s parents hired the right man to fight for justice for their daughter.

  8. Mark Tinsley is a Terminator….I wish him luck and the best with his chemo… Sending prayers his way… He deserves to live a great long life also he's a very handsome good looking man… Now let's go to the picture of the Murdaugh's …ugh Alex and buster look identical with their fugly @$$ selves… Buster is just as ugly as his father because of his attitude..
He's cocky, snobby, stuck up, and thinks he's entitled…😂 glad his name has been dragged thru the muddy swamp water as well… He will have to move just to get hired to do a case when he finishes law school… He actually just needs to pick a different profession cause no one gonna hire that ugly @$$ thing… Wouldn't b surprised if he knew about the murders b4 it happened….🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

  9. 1:28:45 is when buster flipped off Mark Tinsley… He was acting like he was chewing on his fingers the whole time of marks testimony😂😂 probably so he wouldn't get called out and get in trouble🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

  10. I love when the judge allows the courtroom to laugh or allow the witnesses and lawyers make little jokes at their own expense. It really helps relieve all the tension and reminds them all that they're humans. I understand it can be a ploy to humanize scummy people but it's, like, so needed so idc.

  11. The defence brought this on themselves. They opened the door. Witness: I'm happy to talk about this. Questioner: Nobody has asked you about it. Witness: OK. So I guess that I won't be able to speak about it. But I need to clarify that my motion had been approved… 2:18:00 😂😮😅

  12. To those wondering what the point of Paul's friend William's testimony was (near the end of day): It was to prove that they didn't just "leave guns laying around unattended at the kennels". The defense crushed that theory with every other witness prior (and probably after this too) saying they DID. Clearly the family did not practice gun safety, especially at the hunting lodge (aka Moselle) and they probably did around this kid if it was something that he was strict about. Makes sense if you hang around people with guns. Everyone I know would never leave guns laying around and if they did, I would assume they wouldn't openly do it in front of those they knew would disapprove. Pointless witness. He contradicted all the other testimony from the close friends.

Also- To those wondering what the point of these witnesses is (Moodi 2nd to last witness)…they cannot present evidence themselves, they have to do it through a witness. They wanted those bank statements as evidence, but clearly she's not the witness they are going to discuss them with. She had the authority to verify they were legit bank documents, but they have no need to discuss the details with her. Now that I'm thinking about it, they didn't have her say the name(s) on the accounts, did they? lol…this whole group of lawyers is for the birds! They are all over the place. Now the next witness after the bank one is the gunshot residue expert? WTF…get your witnesses in order. You already talked about that, put it to bed, go into financials, then go back to GSR?! ARGH.

  13. I'm sorry but all these lawyers are a joke. They can't formulate questions properly, they are always leading and testifying themselves…it's really annoying to watch. The defense is clearly unprepared. The prosecution can't just accept an answer- they want the witness to repeat it 5x after they say it. Insert dramatic eye roll here.

  14. @7:02:34 I think this is the witness that AM was talking about to Griffin in the jailhouse call that was accidentally released in FOIA. Tinsley testified in the morning but was cross examined by Barber. This was the only other male witness I came across on this day by scrolling thru super fast and he was cross examined by Griffin (Possible I missed someone).

Edit- Ronnie Crosby had in camera testimony & was cross examined by Griffin

  15. Buster is not so subtle lol pretending to chew on his middle finger as Mark Tinsley just ousted him for giving his fake ID to an underaged Paul. Also the caregiver has a right to be upset. She viewed them as good people and a good family. He tried to use her as an alibi and lied about the amount of time he spent visiting his mother.

  16. Besides Alex's moms caregiver, guess who else thought Alex was a good guy…..all of his friends and clients he stole massive amounts or money from! Trying to use that to say he didn't commit the murders is ridiculous. People often don't expect it just as those other victims of his didn't expect that either. Appearances are far from everything

  17. Somebody please get that caretaker some hooked on phonics. I can't understand a word she is saying. Her answers should have been submitted in writing. It's ridiculous. Somebody should have coached her on how to speak properly before she sat down there. It's awful.

  18. “Hey, I’ll pay some on your wedding” just like, “Hey, sue me and I’ll help you get money for the death of your mother.” History shows he can have ulterior motives to “helping” out others.

  19. Well, they could have asked Maggie if he would go to his mothers house at night. Maggie told Blanca that Alex was the one at the Almeda house constantly and that was not fair. But I guess we can't now!
