   This is a fascinating case. AM is clearly crooked and deceptive, guilty of every financial crime, and he was there at the scene, BUT, how can there be no weapons? No fingerprints? No gunpowder residue? No blood splatter? He didn’t hear gunshots? He had motive. This is what is so perplexing.

   Weird hearing her say that finding fingerprints at the scene of a crime is rare. Also very, very weird that no recoverable fingerprints were on any of the guns considering how many people handled them on a regular basis.

    This is a smart judge. He knows the rules of evidence in circumstancial cases which by the way is common in a lot of cases.

    I'm amazed at how a man who basically has everything other law abiding people desire destroyed in this way. He cheated clients, lied, and probably shot his wife and son for a period of time. In his life he attaches particular importance to his "masculinity", has a whole shelf full of guns, shoots down every animal that comes in front of his gun. But is he even a man? No that's not him. Alex Murdoch is only biologically a man. In life he is/was a zero, a nothing. Because a man clarifies his problems. A man must also have the courage to admit failure. When his financial difficulties began, he should have come clean. Money and fame are fleeting. Despite everything, he could have had a good life. He seems to have missed the point. He is now rightly in the dock and will get his punishment. I'm curious to see if the prosecution will seek the death penalty.

    he has destroyed his whole family along with others – so much destruction – IF HES PROVEN GUILTY – i can see when he was finally BUSTED , he totally lost it – he would of been stressed a long time knowing it would come to an end eventually – maybe he couldn’t face his wife’s wrath. AND THERE WOULD OF BEEN SOME SERIOUS WRATH

    What is never mentioned is I believe he was also involved in high stakes gambling in Las Vegas on the Strip. A high stakes gambling addiction will cause you to eventually gamble away everything, including family members.

    ​I cannot believe the motive is right in front . This guy signed all of his holdings over to his wife and probably even his son to hide the cash and Maggy was in control of the CASH. He would have to explain why he was taking all that cash from the account She was in control of and maybe even an account in his son's name. The only way he could get the CAS without any questions would be if Maggy and his son were KILLIED. His son might have been in the wrong place at the time and witnessed the Murder. That's why checking to see if there was INSUREANCE on either Maggy or the Son dose not mean anything evidence wise.

    If he knew there were death threats against his family, why not install security cameras around the property? Also, if I were a gunman, I would assume there were security cameras near a kennel full of expensive dogs.

    Initially I gave Alex Murdaugh the benefit of the doubt. After hearing the video, he was there. He did it. He slaughtered his own flesh and blood and took his wife’s life just to create a distraction which didn’t work so he killed them for no reason.

    How can they not check lands and grooves in the barrel matched against those fired to eliminate the rifle in the home?

    Were none of the spent projectiles from the 300 BO recovered?
