    That's not what this is. Both street gangs are controlled by rival prison gangs. Sur13 is controlled by Hispanics.     I do know the EME took care of that baby killer in prison for the 1995 El Monte killings that included a baby. Gotta wonder if the NF will take care of this scumbag that killed this baby when he hits the prison as well. It's getting crazy out there with all of these innocent baby killings.

    The drunk driver was on video at the bar, he was staggering and the bartender helped him get back out from behind the bar, and he still finished his drink, Caused an accident leaving the bar and fled that scene only to cause the death of that officer.
