Lindsay Clancy, the 32-year-old nurse accused of murdering her three children, appeared in court today via Zoom from her hospital bed to hear the allegations made against her. Prosecutors said Clancy allegedly strangled her three kids to death before attempting to kill herself by jumping out of the second-floor window of the family’s home in Duxbury, Massachusetts on January 24.

Lindsay is beautiful, competent, intelligent. She was a victim of her mental health struggles which were arguably exacerbated by a myriad of medications. To keep a journal of her feelings, acknowledge to her husband that she had thoughts of hurting the children, and check herself into a facility shows she possessed an incredible amount of self-awareness. She just did not have the self-control.

I believe that she did have psychosis , i believe the defendant was hearing voices , but she still deserves to die in prison ,, I never hurt anyone in my life , but I had a psychosis happen to me out of nowhere after discontinuing prescribed xanax. I thought because I was born on Xmas that I was the second coming after 45 years on this earth it was the only time this ever happened and it lasted a month. I quit my job of 20 years because I thought they were the Romans trying to kill me
This is so heart breaking. She should off just left her whole life and moved on and left the children with their father if it was that bad. Just leave them alone. Mental illness is serious. If she was feeling that bad she had the choice to just walk away.
This entire incident is so strange, I mean seems like the medications have something to do with it.
The husband is the one who put the idea into the police officers head from the very beginning. "She k!ll3d the kids!" I really hope they investigated this really well and didn't just take his word on it, then go down that rabbit hole and make a victim the defendant 😳

Sorry but last i checked not all woman with the PPD she had tells peopoe how they actualy are feeling. And or try there best to lie and act as if their completly normal because rhey thibk their isnt anything wrong woth them until it may be to late
she was prescribed 12 different psych meds i would be very surprised if just one doctor prescribed all those psych meds more likely she was getting them from multiple doctors and bigger question was she actually taking all those meds or just getting the meds filled? hopefully toxicology was done on her for all those meds to see if they were actually in her system since this is her defense i wouldnt take 12 different psych meds for depression something is off about this i do think its possible she is wanting to sue these doctors and no longer be a mom i do think its possible and of course she didnt expect to become paralized by jumping out the window but maybe she wasnt expecting death either and just thought she would be slightly hurt but it would look good if she did it
