Rewatching. Alec is so obviously faking the snot crying thing he does as soon as anyone starts recounting Maggs and Pawpaw’s demise. It’s like a light switch. His body language changes and take deep breath and then he starts with the deep sighs and turning red and blowing snot. As soon as the subject changes slightly he turns it off. It’s not to be believed.
Why doesnt he stand when the jury comes in?
If the forensics case is strong as it is in this case, motive is nice but, IMO, not necessary. Great job by the prosecution ðŸ†

You mean to tell me that on the day at Almeda when Chris Wilson confronted Alex, that Chris never asked him if the drug /money mess had anything to do with Paul and Maggie’s murders? I don’t believe it.
Opiates can even make you hyper focused and have the ability to do things that you may not have been able to. That is the high of it. Alex couldnt handle the stress and demands of the career he was handed down so he took opiates. He wouldnt loose his faculties unless someone was taking his pills from him, like gloria the housekeeper and his son paul were doing to try to get him clean.

The only thing that's slowing this trial down is the defense. Jesus christ, the slow and bumbling shtick is getting so old I'm so glad I'm not watching this live and can listen at 1.5 speed.
Why he didn’t just end everything is beyond me. Was he that narcissistic and delusional to think he was going to maneuver out of this?
The Satterfield case is very suspicious… The lady dies and Alex takes all the money for himself.
Just listening to Chris Wilson and I can't help but think that it is already highway robbery to charge Plaintiffs 30-40% of everything awarded PLUS costs… Like Wut in the actual F^^^??? ESPECIALLY once you understand ALL attorneys get paid BEFORE the client and expenses… their pay is THE most secure… clients may never see a dime after 'expenses' and poorly negotiated liens. NO WONDER clients don't complain when they don't see a dime.

BTW how does Alex manage to change his clothes every day because they said that he is placed in a cell and lives there when not in the court room. I doubt he would have a wardrobe in his cell. Does his lawyers bring him new outfits all the time?

Omg please please please consider putting timestamps for witnesses, breaks etc. It is impossible to watch these 9 hour videos skipping around trying to find the right sections. I really can't watch it. Please consider. I feel like you would increase viewership tenfold if you were to make your court videos easy to navigate

Chris Wilson mentioned that Mosselle was 'Paul's thing, not Busters or Alex's thing,' and neither Alex nor Buster could go back there, so they decided to sell it. I am wondering if this was Alex's intention all along because Paul and/or Maggie would have kicked up an almighty fuss. At the end of the day, at least one of their properties would probably have to be sold to get him out of this financial situation.
