Bodycam footage shows Atlanta cops in shock when rapid gunfire is unleashed Jan. 18 while they cleared tents being lived in on a property to be used for a future public safety training site, dubbed “Cop City†by opponents. The officers would later find out Georgia State Troopers got into a shootout with an activist camping in a tent on the property. Authorities said 26-year-old Manuel Esteban Paez Teran was killed in the shootout after allegedly firing at least one round from a 9mm handgun.
