  1. I SAY MAGGIE WAS TRYING TO GET A DIVORCE FROM ALEC. AN HE FOUND OUT ,SO HE KILLED HER BECAUSE HE WANTED ALL OF MOSSEL PROPERTY,IT WAS,MAGS AN ALECS BOTH WERE OWNERS,SO HE WANTED ALL FOR HIM – GREEDY MAN.

  2. I find it hard to believe this man capable of killing his wife & son but I don't know him. I don't think he was trying to cover up stealing money or taking pills. ALLL this was also known. Glad I'm not p n jury

  3. I hadn’t heard the housekeeper’s testimony, but how is it that she inspected Maggie’s car before the police?

Even if he hadn’t been charged yet, wouldn’t that still be a major part of any investigation?

  4. What kind of rich family does not carry life insurance on each member leaves guns laying all over the place has nothing really to show for milliamperes in embezzlement does not get their sun rehab after a terrible accident that may have killed him too. I think there is inbreeding and Maggie was really disengaged from her own life. Inbreeding I think…..

  5. He waited for Maggie to leave the area and killed paul, momma heard the shots and ran to Paul never thinking it was her own husband killing their son , then as she looked him in the eyes he killed her.. She knew he was up to something, I wonder if she ever imagined he could do such a horrible thing ?? He killed Paul to save all the money he was about to dole out… Why Maggie. ???? He knew she was about to leave him and it would have cost him almost everything… Now he has nothing… 💩

  6. Different subject I know! BUT Jesse I love you BUT your makeup is WAY to dark and orange! You don't need it, I seen the picture of you that flashed up and it's beautiful! Ya know why?! It's natural! I've made the same mistake with fake tan and I didn't realise it until someone pointed it out! I'm not hating I'm just trying to give you advice P.S love your show here in Ireland!

  7. I appreciate these videos (and you do a great job Jesse) but you really need to do some audio leveling, you are much quieter than the courtroom testimony and it lessens the enjoyment of what should be a very good video

  8. If he disposed of the weapons and his clothes, why wouldn't he dispose of the raincoat too? That doesn't track w me, i don't think that coat was related to the murders. Also vinny vines makes polos, how does she know he wasn't talking about the same shirt she was talking about? Why didn't they show an example of a similar shirt she was talking about vs what he was? Plus she didn't say he ever talked about what color the shirt was he was wearing which is the most imp. thing to me. Like there is no proof they weren't discussing the same shirt …blanca and the caregiver's testimony doesn't track with me, eyewitness testimony is already known to be unrealiable to begin with. And the caregiver was difficult to understand & a horrible withness to begin with. Their memories of these conversations w alex could be completley diff. than how they actually occured. If she was already starting to think alex murdered them or knew the police were investigating him, that could've surely impacted her interpretation of the conversation about the shirt.

  9. For me he wanted to kill Paul since he brought all the shii from the boat crash, the lawsuit, the shame to the last name, and bc of that they begun to discover all of Alexs shii …

  10. Rewatching this for some reason and when the CFO was on the stand she said he was taking pills after the murders. Didn’t it come out that only Paul, Buster, Maggie and his dad knew about his drug problem and everyone else found out in September?

  11. The judge in this case is like the Captain of a large naval vessel in a crowded shipping lane standing behind the helmsman guiding and instructing him with a strong, calm voice. Oops, like I was once a helmsman..
