The woman accused of fatally shooting her husband, who was naked in bed, on Christmas day appeared in court virtually Tuesday morning. Marylue Wigglesworth claims she feared for her life when she shot her husband David B. Wigglesworth on December 25, 2022. Wigglesworth’s lawyer challenged the court’s denial of bail, claiming her client acted in self-defense. The judge rejected the motion, upholding the decision after considering all factors in the case.

She’s a Foot plus taller than him, leaves room to retrieve the firearm to come back and shoot him in the leg naked in bed. Not doubting he was verbally abusive or she had some kind of bruises (from what?) arm grabs etc.. she’s a foot taller. This relationship has been going on for decades. She could’ve handled it differently and got off easy with 6 years and second degree MS. Bad relationship for a long time? Probably so. That’s why people get divorced and NOT kill each other.

It looks like Wigglesworth won't wiggle her way out of this case. She killed her husband for whatever reason and she's going to prison for it. I am so sick of these murderers believing they should get away with their crimes. Unless you are defending your life, killing someone is murder!
