Judge Rejects Alex Murdaugh’s Murder-Suicide Confession as Evidence

Judge Clifton Newman rejected the prosecutor’s bid to show the jury Alex Murdaugh’s apparent confession to planning and attempting a murder-suicide scheme for insurance money in September 2021. “I grant this motion at this time,” Judge Newman said before reiterating that this ruling can change in the future.

    I just love reading outraged comments from YouTube “geniuses” who obviously know South Carolina legal precedent regarding admissible evidence in murder trials so much better than one of the most esteemed criminal judges in the state, lmao! They demand that this prejudicial “evidence” should have been admitted, but are so ignorant they don’t know that, if it had, this one decision could have resulted in a mistrial and could potentially have allowed this murderer to go free! Ah, they are the gift that keeps giving…..!!!

Just seeing his face as his lying attorney makes that claim, he tries to appear all depressed and out of it and unconcerned with it all, like how self absorbed teenagers pretend like they're not self absorbed but it only makes them look more self absorbed? He's a mess. Like we can't all see it. I know he's fooled a lot of folks, but that was a different environment. He's with the big dogs now, nobody gives af about his family's prominence throughout the last century or two, nobody cares how much money he has/had. Nobody cares about his whiteness or his Y chromosome, nor his badge he uses when he or his kids get into trouble to avoid accountability. Nobody cares.

    Like many men who annihilate their families, even he WERE to attempt su***de, they always do the first step last. They need to start doing their last step, first. Take yourselves out, it'll be much better than taking away the women and children who loved you and thought the world of you.

    Oh how lucky we all are to meet this wonderful judge Clifford Newman imagine it took a horrendous case such as this to introduce us to a wonderful man… A man who had just lost his own son and was grieving inside his heart… The courage it must’ve taken him to go on with this case is unbelievable… I just want to say to Judge Clifton Newman that I am honoured that I got to meet him …and he showed is what bravery is …. Bravo and kudos to you Judge Newman Your the best ♥️🌈
