  1. If this tragedy would have happened to a “normal innocent person” and they were asked “ Did you kill your family” ? They would scream out an exasperation… and would be saying why are you wasting your time on me when you should be looking for the real killers !!!! What did Alec do he sat calmly by turning a real crimson and said .. no what a liar he is an evil malicious devil… i’m so glad Paul even from the grave was the “Little Detective” and put him away for what he did to his Mom and himself … Way to go Paul Now you can Rest In Peace…. May God bless both of your souls…🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

  2. He has no real conscience. It's obvious considering how easy he can lie and steal from so many people and to not have it bother him. I'm sure with his seared conscious, in his mind he's justified what he did, killing his wife and kid. Probably telling himself he saved his son from misery in prison, and telling himself he's saved his wife from not having what she expects as far as money/property etc when they get a divorce. When the reality is he killed them because he didn't want to live being exposed as a thief of millions, ruined his marriage with that and hiding a decade or more long drug addiction, and not being privileged enough to get away with his robberies anymore. Also joy privileged enough to keep his son out of jail. He didn't want to disappoint Paul, who probably assumed (being a spoiled kid) that his dad would be his hero so to speak and keep him from trouble. But Alex knowing he has no money, and won't after his divorce, law suits, and attorney costs for his son, he's not capable of being his hero. Alex is a sociopathic narcissist.

  3. i still think someone else might be involved, as in he was probaly there, but someone else might of been too… i base this on his other attempt to have himself shot.. and the smith case where his boys namely buster were likely involved, and just his demeanor and approach to things, as if u killed own family yourself it be hard to function, and he seems think he cant be connected to the actual kiling, as if he was involved but not directly… as in maybe he set them up , but didnt actually shoot them himself…! but at same time knowing his MO , his motives were clear, his wife was going divorce him. and his son was a disgrace to the family name

  4. When he was asked if he killed Maggie and Paul, and then when he asked if he's a suspect, at around 5:20 he starts to nod his head up and down constantly like he's saying yes over and over. Seems like it's a subconscious thing, and guilt.

  5. 1 ) Alex deleted all calls from his phone
2 ) Alex admitted he went for Paul's phone while his son's literal brains were blown out
3 ) Alex absolutely had NO blood on him when seen by police that very night
4 ) Alex was the only person placed at the scene exactly before and after the murders
5 ) testimony confirmed Alex voice on that recording on Paul's phone in the kennels even though Alex said he hadn't been to the kennels at all
6 ) Alex told his mother's care taker he was there for 30-40 mins but was there only 15 minutes
7 ) Alex just so happen to "leave" right before the murders then just so happen to "come back" right after the murders
8 ) Alex sold that house he wanted Maggie to sell but she refused .. so when she died he sold it by "right of joint survivorship"
9 ) Paul being wiped out also wipes out that boating accident in which Alex was being sued for millions because it was his boat that resulted in someone's death
10 ) by Maggie's sister testimony she said Alex was more concerned with Paul's court case than the actual brutal murders of his wife and son

i think he might be innocent!

  6. I’ve been watching this and I’m starting to believe Alex killed them because they found out something that would have gotten his friends or accomplices of stealing money or worse things in trouble too that’s why he doesn’t want to believe it in his mind he HAD to kill them

  7. He attempted to craft an alibi that the murders were motivated by the boat wreck incident. That was his original plan. Imagine Anthony’s loss of losing his girlfriend and the trauma that he carries and then finding that this man Alex, who killed his wife and his son, is now trying to put the murder on your head. This man has zero regards for anyone except himself.

  8. he’s guilty and why is he keep saying “ you think i killed paul” to you “do you think i killed maggie” whoever said you did he told on him self right there then he was avoiding certain questions they would ask him
