    I really enjoyed how you put this all together. Quite frankly I can't stand Alex so I have not caught up on the case and also you brought up some really interesting facts that I am sure they have swept under.
    There has been a theory that he killed Paul because his preference of partners could be embarrassing to the family.
    I have been in more than one domestic battery incident myself and it was always due to drugs, especially pain meds and meth.
    I really enjoy your shows and I look forward to the next one!

    If he did not murder Maggie and Paul then he would be furious and demanding that they find the person who did! But he’s not! Because he’s scared! He knows that they know he did it abd all his family will know he did!

    Not only didn't Alex show any concern for his safety that evening (seeing there was an armed killer on the loose) he also shows no anger. Ever. Why isn't he angry that his wife and son were just gunned down?

    Is the State allowed to bring up those two emotional(?) facts or must they stick to tangible evidence? Because his demeanor really needs to be noted and called out.

    I don’t know why there is a need for all this Mumbo jumbo!!! the wife was gonna divorce him. He was gonna lose millions. The son caused the boat accident. He was gonna lose millions. He needed to get rid of them. He needed to make it seem like it was a revenge killing, hence, “someone” trying to kill him on the side of the road. But that plan didn’t work.

    This is what you call wealthy and privileged people who are entitled, think they can get away with anything and never held accountable before,..

    No hard Evidence,DNA found to link him. However,lies,decit and trying to manipulate witnesses tells another story. Why would you want to do that if innocent. Hope he is found Guity and rots in he'll.

    Does anyone else think that maybe Alex was setting up his distant cousin, Curtis Smith, for attempted murder for trying to kill Alex and make LE think Smith had killed Maggie and Paul?

    Here is a huge problem that media law shows are missing: every lawyer arguing the evidence doesn't specifically link to the murders, we are losing sight of the significance of the actual deaths of Maggie and Paul. This is really disgraceful of the media. It is all about Alex.

    Am I the only one, or is this three day weekend break going to be difficult? (I need to get a life I guess) I just can’t imagine what the defense is going to come up with other than the lack of physical evidence and their seemingly close, loving family 🤷‍♀️

    I don't understand why originally they exclude the road incident of September…. everything is linked to what he is trying to orchestrate so I would have excluded nothing linked to this man. I mean if they include his financial frauds why not this "presumed self murder"

    I can't believe he used his own guns but then they go missing.
    Then , AM. Posses in a video wearing clothes that go missing. There is too much evidence that flowes from AM…and he comes across like a bad actor.
