The number in the steps per minute charts are wrong. Paul #7, Alex #22, 27, and #32 are all wrong. SLED was wrong in their testimony 17% of the time.

He won cases based on his family's name because he couldn't create the perfect crime! all fingers pointed to him at the very beginning!

What was the purpose of Alex driving Maggie’s phone down the road and tossing it into the woods/bushes? I guess he didn’t think they ever find it? Her phone was traveling the same speed of 45 mph just like his Suburban at 45 mph. This is no coincidence! I need to go back and hear if it was at the same time? This guy is a piece of something else that I can’t come up with a name!
It’s interesting how AM body language and demeanor change once they go to his phone and after both Paul’s and Maggie’s phone go on lock after 8:49 pm. His face and body tells it all.

This prosecutor has finally had his 5 minutes of fame. He is wrong, as are the redneck jurors. They can’t stand the fact that they are poor and others make money. Alec is not a good person…however, it was not proven that he killed his family. Got to love rednecks!

THIS SLOPPY TIMELINE DOES NOT SUPPORT THE PROSEUCTION'S PRESENTATION:
CHECK IT OUT YOURSELVES.
PROSECUTION IS SO HIGHLY MANIPULATIVE – TO THE POINT OF LYING.
You can take two guns to the scene; shoot from the hip to hide your height; send phone calls and messages to dead people; hide the guns and dirty clothing…but, in a technological age, you can't hide where your phone is or what it's doing, or your car GPS and telemetry. This evidence is as good as a fingerprint on a smoking gun. It clearly shows that Alex was busy running around after the murders (a quarter of a mile); it shows him accessing Facebook to read Maggie's messages and him picking up and putting the phone down after she's dead. He tried the same with Paul's, but the battery had died. Besides, he only had Maggies's passcode. It then shows a complete timeline of him laying his alibi. That's as good as being there in the car with him and seeing this all happen with your own eyes. You cannot help visualizing this because the evidence is so detailed. Some folks don't seem able to grasp this and still say he's innocent. There is no doubt whatsoever this man butchered his family for his own gain. He is a despicable, inadequate, narcissist and psychopath.
The question is, when will buster and Alex’s brothers accept these facts and realize this man isn’t innocent?
Imo I don't think Alex had any idea that a "real " investigation was gonna happen., that SLEDD was gonna take the lead in the case .He assumed it would be local police,that he could lie to and be believed

At 14:05, look at Alex perk up, lean forward and check out the revelation that the phone call he erased on his phone was still found by investigators.
What was time if death per coroner? They stick a thermometer into the liver at crime scene & can very accurately determine how long it has been since time of death. They even calculate in equation the outside temperature for exact time. Rarely is it off by more than 15 -20 minutes. Did Alex know this? Is that why he just wanted the mothers caregiver to lie by 20 minutes? Thank God for her honesty.

I have referenced this a few times talking about the case. Hopefully the why will come out eventually- why did this senseless act have to happen.
Water's skipped right over the fact that Paul stopped moving at 8:42. I think that was intentional because the phone was in his pocket at the other end of the kennels with no explanation of how it got there.
On this testimony alone he could have been put away – this was eye opening – how did Maggie's phone magically travel along the same trajectory at the same speed, at the same time as Alex's car, after she was dead?
It's so weird how the prosecution just blows past that group text message from attorney Michael Gunn showing a picture of a young woman or is it Steven Smith? Stating she brought the Miami heat boys I just think it's really weird how the prosecutor glossed right past that like maybe he's got some friends he's trying to protect his own self
I think the most awesome thing in the world is that this agent is from the North and he defeats Alec single-handedly.
"God Bless Paul, for taking this clip/video" 🙠Being the battery was almost completely drained, I believe that, God had a hand in his battery lasting long enough to record that video. Without it, Alex "could" have walked. This "timeline" is great. Such a great job, showing exactly who was where and for how long that night. Also the "almost 3 hour gap" between Paul and Maggie being gunned down in cold blood, before the first LE officer got there. Proving with all that missing time and "ALL Alex's steps including movement". He had "PLENTY" of time to, "destroy evidence and clean up the entire place and himself". I believe that, "something" came up/talked about/argument, at Supper that night! That Maggie and Paul left the house together, to go to the Kennel's to get away from Alex…. (Not sure IF, the Boat Case Trial set for 3 days later, or if it was money, Maggie moving to the beach, Paul needing money for his apartment/house, Maggie needing money for the renovations, that charity check bouncing, or "IF" Maggie really was talking about a divorce? Or: "someone had talked to Maggie and she and Paul had gotten word about Alex's job and some of the stolen money"!?) But I do believe that as Alex said, "someone (Alex) had been, "planning something" for a while"!? Maybe not exactly for, "that night" but "soon". However whatever happened that night, "set EVERYTHING in motion"…. That Alex decided to go on down to the Kennels, in anger, just as he showed on his face over and over in the courtroom!!! I believe that, Paul had cleaned out his truck down there and gotten/unloaded all the guns out of his truck at the Kennels, to take it to the shop. Paul's AR blackout along with shotguns…. When Alex joined Maggie and Paul down there, he was still angry, from whatever took place at Supper. And Everything including Maggie and Paul, all fell into place for him to be able to carry out what, he had been planning on doing all along. (Maggie, Paul, Gun's, Perfect Opportunity in Alex mind) I believe, Alex saw the opportunity, took it and then HAD to figure out, HOW he could explain it… But just like Everything else Alex did, he did not think it all through. He forgot about the tracking of all 3 phones, OnStar, and that he either forgot about the kennel video or did not realize Paul was recording instead of just taking a pic… And just like he told the SLED Agent that, NOBODY knew Paul's passcode for his phone and NOBODY could get in it. I do believe that Alex "tried" facial recognition with Paul's phone but it didn't work. That's why he put his phone back on his body. Props to the State for getting an order to unlock Paul's phone. I know of ppl that lost someone and could not get an order to do this. I still believe that Alex used Paul's guns to do this. That Alex stood beside his son's body, taking off all his clothes, washing off all the blood, where that puddle was at. And changing clothes and shoes. Taking the guns and clothing to his parents property and/or house to hide. I can only pray that they are all still there and WILL be found. However all those trips Alex took after the murders, I think he could have taken guns to one place and the clothes and shoes to others to destroy. Alex should have never been allowed to leave the State or County after the murders. The only question that still bothers me, is WHY SLED did NOT search his parents property and house, that night or first thing the next morning!? A question that I am sure that we may never know, sadly….. I only pray that all of Alex Victims will continue to get Justice ðŸ™
