If the little sister did swing first and she just didn't make contact the mother is wrong. Because I was an older sister I was 9 years older than my younger sister. I usually got blamed and would act out after she would push me to that point she would antagonize me and I would tell her to stop and she'd keep at it and add it and add it until I finally had enough I would react and then I would get in trouble. My mom never believed me when I told her what she was doing I was the bad one until years later my sister finally admitted she did it on purpose. Then I have a brother that's 18 years younger than me. And only 18 months older than my oldest son.
Mom refused to elaborate why the daughter flipped out. Something off with her. Oldest daughter worked all day and wants shit clean, sounds like she the mom.
