Alex Murdaugh’s surviving son took the stand Tuesday and testified about gun usage at the family’s South Carolina home. Buster Murdaugh claimed his brother, Paul, was not good at storing guns and regularly left them laying around at their Moselle property.

I freaking hate guns. I don't see why so many Americans have to have lots of them. They've only got one set of arms after all! There is absolutely zero reason why Assault Rifles should be allowed to be sold to the general public. They are a weapon of war.
Perhaps both men's lack of emotion is because they're so used to murdering so many assorted creatures, mother/wife and brother/son are just another type of creature after all. They all have souls. Father and sons have clearly been murdering other creatures since they could hold a f*cking gun.
The thing that shines brightest out of this testimony is not truth but certainly is evasion and arrogance.
This attorney has nothing to work on so bringing up Paul’s carelessness is all he has got to work with to pin the gun missing as a connection to a killer when he knows very well dad is the killer and the son knows it too

I believe over time if he will write me back and forth since iam on his side I keep on writing him and trusting him you never know what he may write me he's gonna be bored lonely and sad in there for life he thinks he's getting out!!! I heard phone records he thinks he's getting out maybe the appeal will help him I hope so I think the appeal may help not sure I think he paid someone to kill them or a friend that threaten Paul over boat wreck

He can remember the name all of
his/their guns, ammo and models of them but can’t remember his dads birthday.
He is so cocky and unemotional in his demeanor it is shocking I am sure he thinks he more intelligent than the people asking the questions.
He seems to be giving reasons for any eventuality and has a serious lack of emotion when talking about his mother and brother. Really strange.
Buster should be the next to be prosecuted for the murder of Stephen Smith, may God rest his soul. Buster lied for Alex Murdaugh under oath saying that is it not his dad's voice in the kennel video, when it clearly is. Lying is also the reason why Buster was kicked out of law school. Buster helped Alex with their drug business and I wouldn't put it past him that he wanted Paul out the way so Alex's hidden stolen money all goes to him. I think Buster knows exactly where all the secret stolen millions are hidden… why else would he back his daddy in court? Exactly!
Honestly the whole family (uncles, aunts) are all rotten. Jeez even sneaking books into the courtroom to give the defendant! Their friendliness and helpfulness isn't honest; everything they do comes at a high cost to the lives of others.
I honestly think that Buster inherited the family talent to be a convincing and believable witness. Alex wanted to kill himself so Buster could inherit his life insurance. It's his eldest son, and obviously, as devious and criminal as Alex is, he does love his son. I just hope and pray the two brothers weren't the culprits behind Steven's murder. May God have mercy on this young man. If my family was murdered so brutally, I'd be on survival mode. Some of us take months or years to cry over a traumatic event. It's not quite that simple to say.
Any wondering why he was allowed to listen to other witness testimony it’s because the rule of sequestration is not in effect. The federal rules of evidence require the sequestration of witnesses upon request. A party typically requests sequestration to ensure that the witnesses for the other side do not hear the testimony of the prior witnesses, and do not consciously or unconsciously change their own testimony. The South Carolina rule instead follows a prior state practice which leaves the sequestration in the discretion of the trial judge if either party requests. And if neither party requests, no witnesses will be sequestered.
I can almost hear the thoughts in his dads voice “That’s my boyyyyy†😂 🙈 he just so proud of him. Because them two are thick as thieves.
