As a former GM of a Dunkin. We'd have pain in the ass regulars come in all the time wanting everything for free. After a while i just called the police and had them banned. They always had the same reaction at 18:59. Totally shocked. Then they would spend another hour arguing with police that they shouldn't be banned.
