14. Sorry french vanilla does use egg yoke, and lemon juice, and so does frozen custard. What makes mayonnaise so nasty is the bland oil content. Use a different oil like truffle, walnut, peanut, sesame, ect… You change the game. A nice roasted garlic oil fire mayo, maybe a chipotle oil. That's the s**t.
