One of the men who survived after allegedly being shot by suspected ice cream man killer Michael Keetley testified in court Tuesday afternoon. Keetley is accused of shooting and killing two men on Thanksgiving Day in 2010  and shooting and injuring four others. Ramon Galan told jurors he was shot multiple times. When the defense questioned him about what he remembered the night of the murders, he testified he never saw his shooter, couldn’t tell police anything about the size or statue of the shooter, what they were wearing, or whether or not the shooter was a male or female.

For anyone wondering; the reason the lawyer is speaking so slowly and clearly is because there was an early argument between the lawyers and the judge from the testimony of a previous witness who spoke English as a second language. The lawyer needed to repeat clarifications because of a small language barrier, which the defense pounced on repeatedly. This resulted in the judge chastising both sides to some extent, threatening a mistrial if those kinds of back and forths continued. This isn't her being condescending, it is her being careful to ensure that she gets vital witness testimony in.
