One of the defense attorneys for ice cream man Michael Keetley said there is no way he could have physically murdered anyone because of the injuries he sustained when he was robbed and beaten in January 2010. “He could not do it, he was not medically capable,†defense attorney John Grant said. Keetley is accused of killing two people and shooting four others on Thanksgiving Day 2010  the state claims he was looking for revenge over the beatdown robbery.

Maybe using his non-dominant hand was the reason his aim was so bad. 5 random sitting duck victims and 2 survived. The jury needs to convict this guy!

Why did defendant start spray painting his entire ice cream van, the night of the murders? Guilty behaviour.
This is crazy. I mean it's just a snippet and now I want to watch the whole case. His argument went really well and with the flow.
