17. No surprise the 1 juror is falling asleep during the cross. This defense guy like to talk way too much and prosecutor is right, all his questions are just testimony with a question mark at the end!

Back in 2010 there would have needed to be a Mobile Hot Spot nearby for that Mobile attachment to work, and you had to be extremely close to that Hotspot for the WiFi to work. So they need to establish that there was indeed a HotSpot nearby for that attachment to connect into. 🤷‍♀ Just from memory…. 🤷‍♀

27. Watch from 6:21:00 thru 6:29:00, positive ID of Keetely during direct. Then watch 8:12:00 thru 8:18:10, cross of Guevera's positive ID. Compare those two segments.

    Exhibit 191 (instructions to witness), Detective Lugo crossed out "4" and wrote "3", then initialed it. This cannot be trusted. Let me explain. The photo identified by Guevera was signed but has the wrong number (4) written next to his name. Why? Did Guevera really identify photo 4 and Detective Lugo pulled a slight of hand trick? After Guevera identified photo 4, Lugo could have pulled it back, then slipped photo #3 on the table (with his hand over the picture) and said, "sign this". Why is the number 4 written next to the witness' name and there is a number 3 at the top of the photo? Guevera testified he doesn't know if he wrote the number four or not but was 2000% sure it Keetley, the guy he saw in the viral text and in the photo at the Auto Parts store where he claimed to donate money. Witness ID is highly unreliable to begin with. There are hundreds, maybe thousands of people in prison based on false witness ID. DNA tests have exonerated hundreds of them. Something is fishy about this. This is a murder trial not a grocery list. Cops don't get to make these kinds of mistakes. Sorry, this is bogus.

28. The defense attorney needs to keep his hands to himself and away from the prosecution team. I really dislike him for constantly touching or trying to touch the prosecutors and trying to mess with them by running around the court, shuffling his papers around when they are supposed to be up, and demanding so many sidebars with the Judge.

31. Gonzalo Guevara is a great witness, and certainly more intelligent than the Defense attorney expected. I think the prosecution should have objected more to this cross-examination, he was left to fend for himself while the Defence attorney tried to rewrite what happened. Mr Guevara was steadfast in his identification of the defendant. Well done sir! 👏👏👏

34. As an IT guy, listening to these guys talk about routers makes me roll my eyes. I'm pretty sure they mean a cellular modem, not router. Router is a little later down the line after the signal hits the tower and data is then transmitted in a more traditional way a.k.a. fiber.
