4. This case could have been sabotage. There were numerous disgruntled employees on the set. Labor disputes can get ugly and have caused numerous deaths over the years

   Because a half cooked gun won't do anything.
   Fully cocked with finger on the trigger, it STILL won't go off.
   It would have had to TWO click to load.
   Then the trigger depressed for the gun to shoot.
   That's how they work.

    too young to know, but a lot of western movies, and western TV shows, used real guns!! And a lot of the actors, pointed the guns to the other actors before a scene, during & after a scene!!

12. Armourer is Def also at fault. But….. anyone who possess a firearm is responsibe for it.
    This was a real firearm and not a prop gun he should have never taken possession of it. Is he licensed to possess a firearm???

13. Well there is a video of the time when Baldwin was rehersing just prior to gim murdering her. It shows his finger on the trigger and holding it back as he pulled the hammer back. This is exactly how the gun would easily discharge. Letting the hammer go while it is in the back position with the trigger pulled back will def cause a discharge.
    Her husband should be ashamed of himself. He dropped his law suit and was paid off by baldwin giving him the producer position.

15. The defense is reaching here. It's not surprising that the FBI, not the state, damaged the gun parts during the testing process. An analogous situation would be cutting out a 1 inch by 1 inch square piece of bloody shirt in order to test for DNA. You damaged the shirt in the process.

16. The shouty bald guy failed to note that Baldwin accepted the gun from the assistant director, NOT the armorer. As a seasoned actor, Baldwin knew this was wrong. Also, he pressed the trigger even though he wasn't supposed to.

21. Right from the start I thought Alec was guilty.Even more so now What adult picks up real gun points at someone and doesn't even check to see if loaded. I have a 5 yr.old granddaughter that knows better.

25. Generally, I am enlightened by what I watch on this broadcast. But, this particular segment disgusted me. The Hollywood lawyer’s comments were 100% directed at Baldwin beating allegations and responsibility. ZERO was said about the dead victim. Tell that lawyer to go F himself. And, Jesse, get a mirror. Disgraceful to a dead woman.

26. What was so different then compared to any other time, everyday same old same old, something different going on with someone.

27. The one and only person responsible for her death WAS THE ARMORER, PERIOD!!! She was inexperienced, showing off using real bullets at night and the most incompetent person on the entire set. Her and her alone should be charged and sent to prison, no one else. She lawyered up immediately and I sincerely believe she belongs in prison and she should never, ever be hired by any movie set going forward. Jail is where she belongs.

29. Alec Baldwin did not load the gun, it was handed to him

30. There are people in jail right now for murders where the weapon was never found. He was the Producer, he held the gun that had the LIVE ROUND in it. He and the Armorer are responsible for her murder.
