A man accused of stealing a truck and attempting to outrun police on a skateboard after a brief vehicle pursuit was arrested on February 13. The Los Angeles Police Department said officers pursued Pedro Villalobos after he was allegedly spotted driving a reportedly stolen truck. Villalobas was arrested after ditching the vehicle and trying to skate away.
