I've broken both ankles, both clavicles, 5 vertebrae, 20+ ribs, had 5 knee dislocations, 2 knee surgeries, one ankle sugery, surgeries to plate both clavicle, surgery to plate 6 ribs, one gunshot wound, one skin graft for same and hundreds of stitches and staples for above and have spent at least a few years of my life on crutches and in hospital beds and I'm yet to have "travel therapy".
