9. There are over 2 million people incarnated in the US, many are parents and they love their children and want to be free and be with them. This woman thought she could use motherhood as an escape clause from prison. No such thing exists. She's already received a one year reprieve. She's nothing special, though she may think she is. She now joins the list of high profile female felons. Julie and Todd (yes Todd) Chrisley, Jen Shah, Martha Stewart, Ghislaine Maxwell. I hope she doesn't have a superiority complex cause the inmates will smack that crap atitoode right out of her. Just sayin

10. The fact that Elizabeth Holmes got pregnant twice when she knew there was a good chance that she was headed for the slammer is irrelevant. Sorry Lizzy but having children isn't a get out of jail free card.

Firstly she got TWO less years than her co-conspirator (ex bf) and she will be at what is basically a college campus low level security prison with weekend visitation rights and offered chances to go back to school etc…not behind bars…I dont even think they have handcuffs or armed guards there. She likely would attempt to flee at some point or have her husband arrange a jailbreak. (She will get caught too no doubt). 😅 she's a mess…and just illustrates narcissism in all aspects regardless of gender.

13. She will likely be able to briefly delay her sentence one last time, as she can still appeal the denial of bail pending the appeal of her conviction.

16. Isn't an appeal the request to a higher court to change, or overturn, an already decided verdict. She's been declared guilty and sentenced. While she has the right to appeal she doesn't have the right to avoid her sentence just because she thinks she can win her appeal. Imagine how many other criminals would take advantage of this if they could. An appeal takes years. The judge did the right thing in not granting her request to remain on bail while she appeals. Time to start serving your sentence.
