2. Those 2 minutes were very uncomfortable hahaha. The first time I had missed what the attorney said so I’m watching like????? Are they watching something that I don’t see orrrrrr

3. Did the defense attorney just say that Brandon was in a trance state of prayer and didn't notice the victim getting shot?

   His phone can still be examined. I'm not sure about his clothes which the cops should still have.

6. I'm curious as to what evidence they do have if they really didn't do the basics we all expect to hear now . As a kid i had to go to many many church gatherings, long story, but people did speak in tongues. I was about 11, only saw it close up once guy was in a trance, I wasnt super scared because in my house i had heard about it, but it was ..unsettling. i remember backing away..I had forgotten about that till today. None the less, looking forward to seeing who has what. 🤷‍♀️

13. This is the second trial where I’ve seen the attorney swear the witness in. I’ve seen one other trial where the judge’s asst swore the witnesses in.
    A little odd to me.

32. Castiglione’s mental competency was brought into question in the beginning stages of the case, but he refused to participate in an evaluation. In March, a judge determined the defendant did not need to be reevaluated ahead of the trial.

33. A seemingly related shooting took place just over a week later, on Oct. 12, 2019, during a wedding ceremony at a church in Pelham, some 12 miles south of Londonderry. Dale Holloway, Luis Garcia’s stepson, is charged with first-degree assault for shooting three people at the ceremony, including Mark Castiglione — the defendant’s father and the groom at the wedding that day. A trial date has yet to be set for Holloway.

44. Catching up on this one. This defense is using the oldest trick in the book, hopefully it’ll never hold water.
    Sounds like a pretty cut and dry case but we’ll see.

45. I know nothing about this case- I’m learning everything as it comes out live during the trial. I will say the defense had a better opening statement. They made better points. The prosecution basically said “he was found in the room with the body, along with his gun and bullets- case solved”. The defense is making good points about evidence that wasn’t collected… like why wouldn’t they take his phone and run it? Why wouldn’t they test his hands for GSR? These are questions that could raise reasonable doubt, but still too early to tell. Now I’m very curious to hear the evidence!

47. I couldn't take the coughing – sorry i missed her testimony. I felt bad for the court reporter right in front of the witness.
