  1. “This is the captain speaking, and your flight to freedom has been cancelled”
Yeah he needs to be put back in way longer!

  2. Mind u she was leaving cause he abused her..to let him get away w this is a slap in the face to all abused women and her family.

  3. Why was she leaving him I don’t think he went from a good husband to murder he was obviously abusive and controlling during the marriage. You don’t go from not knowing how to swim to jumping off a cliff. What an insult to the woman’s life and her family’s. It most certainly wasn’t a crime of passion it looks pretty planned out and not in the heat of the moment she said she was leaving. Women who killed their abusive husbands in self defense have got longer than this dude. He will do it again too no doubt

  4. He should’ve gotten so much more years. They should’ve fought to keep his ass in jail for life. I hate this man

  5. I truly appreciate all these crime cases, but if the police keep giving out the forensic details and cast off patterns etc killers will be more careful, like smashing the window from the outside to look like a break in, instead of the inside du to the fall of the glass.. Maybe CSI Las Vegas New York Miami etc wasn’t good idea.

  6. Isn’t the fact that Raphael pre-fixed his alibi, standing right in front of all surveillance, prior to the killing prove that this WAS pre-meditated and not a sudden act of passion or rage?! Premeditation legally can only be 1 second…

  7. Want to drastically lower the number of senseless killings and/or sexual/violent crimes against children?Easy, Bring back the DEATH PENALTY for murdering an innocent victim and/or sexual/violent crimes against children. Evil people which commit these crimes, obviously aren't worried about the possibility of prison time, but I bet they would think twice about committing such acts, if they knew they would be Killed. And not lethal injection either. That's unbelievable mercy. Hang them,Fry them or shoot them! That's real JUSTICE!

  8. I like the prosecutor in this case and I believe he tried to get the maximum 20 years, the judge is an asshole who probably hates his wife too

  9. Not surprised. When I was a 10 year old girl scout a cop told us we "need to be careful. Men generally get less time for beating their wife to death than a woman would for killing her abuser."

  10. Lol the police harasswho they want to harass. There's no proof of your alibi or you alibi is too good. You failed a polygraph or u must be a guilty psychopath because u passed… Is allowed to lie to you, arrests you for lying… Beats his wife, call you a piece of shit for selling weed … Fuck the police

  11. wow 5yrs???? Soooo just BECAUSE he didn't "plan" it he only got 5yrs!!! so what!! He killed her and should spend another 20 or 30 yrs in there thinking about what he did… wow… the system there is meeeessed up!

  12. in what way is rage contrary to premeditation? narcissistic rage is exactly what this is, which is NOT a one minute thing. They can most certainly plan ahead, while being enraged and keeping it under wraps until they finally unleash it. He locked the dog away, for shit's sake. what other evidence do you need?

  13. Police kill me saying a burgler would never do tht. I was in Florida and one day while walking I heard someone calling for help and a small sounding dog barking frantically. I went in and found a young woman with plastic ties around her feet and hands she had been raped and the rapist made her put her dog in its little cage and shut it in the livingroom. They cant know what a criminal will do.

  14. Absolutely beggars belief that someone who best his wife and the mother of his kid to death can even be considered for release. I'm so glad the parole decision was taken back

  15. I keep saying, the law exists to protect the criminals and violent the victims. How is it possible that these criminals and negotiate, or have rights when we have enough evidence to jail them for life? How is it that they can even choose who can ve their jury and the judge? Might not be in these case, but still I’ve seen way to many where the criminals can do whatever’s they want and the law protects them. No justice at all.

  16. Wow! Can we say…..powerful connections the prof. Must have known…how many marital issues have ended in murder and the killer goes to prison for a long time..idk just confused

  17. He deserves nothing more than death. When people realize that prisons are overcrowded, more and more violent crimes against humans are being committed, the only sentence that will drastically reduce crimes of murder, rape, and child molestation is the death penalty which should happen immediately after they convicted. First degree premeditated murder is a planned with forethought knowledge of committing that criminal act. When people argue that two many people in prison are convicted innocently and that 's why the death penalty should not be allowed that is not an argument. Less than two percent of all incarcerated murderers, child molestors, rapists have been wrongly convicted as a total percentage and also includes other charges including drugs, other non violent felonies . Not a strong enough number to eliminate the formidable punishment of the death penalty.

  18. Oh let's give him ten months what the heck? After all, we can't actually hold people to the original sentence that would be tragic (note the sarcasm). I personally feel that if someone is given a minimum sentence they should have to do the minimum time no matter how "good" their behavior is. Anyone can fake good behavior to get out of prison

  19. "Crimes of Passion" and "Temporary insanity" in my opinion are in most cases a bunch of crock. "OH, I shouldn't be held responsible because I w as temporarily insane at the time but I'm, just fine now". Now, there are some exceptions such as walking in on your significant other molesting your child or beating your child or something of that nature but most of the time it's just a refusal to accept responsibility for ones actions and that's the trouble with America today: It''s always someone else's fault.

  20. LADIES IF YOUR HUSBAND BOYFRIEND OR PARTNER AND LOVER IS ABUSER AND YOU ARE PLANNING TO LEAVE PLEASE DONT TELL NOBODY JUST WAIT TIL THEY LEAVE FOR WORK OR WHATEVER MAKE SURE THEY IS GONE PACK UP AND GO CALL WHO EVER YOU NEED TO WHEN YOU ARE IN A SAFEY AWAY FROM YOUR HOME AND YOUR KIDS TOO THE REASON WHY IS BECAUSE WHEN YOU SAY YOUR LEAVING THEM YOU MAY NOT MAKE IT SO PLEASE DONT SAY JUST GO PLEASE MEN YOU TOO IF YOU HAVE SOMEONE IS THREATING YOUR LIFE

  21. I read a comment can't remember what doc it was someone replied don't use words that go against what you see anyway something like that, the word justice came to mind to think this is justice what a joke.🤐
