Maybe if we had a system that would actually help the habitual addicts, alcoholics and offenders by placing them in long-term facilities that can get them clean of their bad habits and give them some actual skills, education so they can then return to society as productive tax paying working citizens with a sense of self-worth and dignity we could greatly reduce the workload of law enforcement. Of course, that would make rational and logical sense and our hateful republican politicians would never go for such a win-win solution.

28. So sad to see a young woman's face so disfigured from meth. It literally destroys every part of the body and brain leaving only the mechanism for taking the drug. It also attacks the part of the brain where our feelings and knowledge of loved ones reside leaving the addict absolutely convinced that those closest people are intent on causing great harm or death. The result being violent attacks on family for no reason while still being able to converse with random strangers. Creepy and sinister (hellish) stuff.
