i’m having a hard time understanding why people disagree with his arrest for these crimes? from my understanding, there were numerous undocumented traffic stops after work. numerous women stating he sexually assaulted them to some extent. maybe i need to look into this more.. but right now these comments are bizarre to me
I agree I don’t believe when cops go looking for potential victims all that had a past not necessarily a predictable marker for dishonesty but the cops appeared to be coaching the victims and when the DNA was not present for any of the victims except for the transference spot they used his cars gps to try and build stories with the victims. I am a victim of rape but from the beginning this never felt right and now the police have paid many of the victims off who is going to say I lied it would be foolish . I believed he cried at sentencing because he absolutely believed in the justice system but he was never going to not be a scape goat to be sacrificed in a highly volatile time. Unpopular as my opinion is but I believe this is not only a miscarriage of justice but a highlight of corruption with crooked cops trying to be detectives.

I fully support Daniel and I'm furious for what they've done to him and his family. They were terribly mistaken to do this to him.

No, he thought it was ridiculous charges and wasn't worried about it. He knew he didn't touch anyone. DNA came back clean. Kim Davis canvassed the neighborhood and recruited these women. She needs to be in prison. I hope she can't sleep at night. The other dumb detective put Daniel's clothes in an evidence bag without using gloves. These detectives were idiots. Is that why one retired and the other was transferred to a different department?

She decided he was guilty based on him being calm, and because she couldn't think why the first lady would lie. Then she went about searching for women who can pile on to get the result she wanted.

I used to think he was guilty, but after the last couple of days I got sucked into a rat hole of information that was never presented and no longer believe he did this. I feel so bad for his family. From the recording of the woman saying something the effect of, when they didn't realize she was still being recorded: so this is good evidence right? even if he didn't do it, me giving this testimony is good evidence that could catch him right? — to two of the victims now trying to clear their conscience, stating they had never met or seen him until the trial and that he is the wrong man, tape of of one of the victims that said he was a short, Black man, and one saying he was a blond haired man — some being adamant he was driving a different color patrol car, several of them saying many, many times nothing ever happened to them…. the list goes on. I wonder if he would et convicted if he had a new and fair trial and was able to include all the exculpatory evidence like the details I listed able. Clearly he is not a short, fat, Black man. He is not blond either. Again, I used to think he was guilty. As a minority and person that has been victimized, assaulted, and abused, I tend to trust women that come forward to report these types of crimes, I really do not believe he did it. I think this woman, Kim Davis, had a vendetta against him for whatever reason, and sought out to find women that would claim he was guilty. She may have even convinced herself she is right, but in my eyes, she is just a self-rightous old woman that wanted her 15 min of fame. What she is finally looking like now is the pathetic and power hungry narcissist she claimed Daniel Holtzclaw was. I hope they give him another chance at the Supreme Court level. I would like to see even more evidence that was withheld from trial come out, including the two women who admit they have never seen him!
