6. So the "expert" does not know Romanian or English law and cannot answer Levy's odd inquiry about "libel". Even in American law, a public figure would have to demonstrate financial loss resulting from the alleged slander to "merit" filing of a suit.

40. I’m a woman and although he comes across as a bit of a knob, I do think the BBC and it’s affiliates are out to get this guy.
