There were other ways the state could have shown this evidence… They didn't need to put Kyle through this trauma plus this wasn't even that relivant in this trial what's at issue is if Peterson could hear the gunfire not these graphic visuals of Kyle being shot… This was a low blow from the state and it brakes my heart that Kyle was put through it 2:27:14

5. The female assistant state attorney is so irritating in the courtroom, making unnecessary and irrelevant objections!
   The defence attorney totally destroys the prosecution team, and proves beyond ANY DOUBT that Scot Peterson could not have changed ANYTHING on that tragic day, considering the short space of time he had on the scene.
   This was a complete waste of time and money by the state to even think of prosecuting Mr Peterson. Even worse, and unnecessarily, they brought back the horror and trauma of that day to the victims and families. They should be totally ashamed and embarrassed by this whole trial!

6. More kids that the prosecution retraumatized. One was crying, another one had to take his clothes off. The prosecution isn't proving anything.

8. Kyle Lamar testimony: this was very cruel and unnecessary. There was no need to show him the video he never saw before…if the mission of the State was to appeal to the emotions of the jury, I think they haven't accomplished it. It comes across like the State has over played this and it will not play in their favour.

12. These kids having to revisit this horrific crime again having to watch videos Kylie’s reaction was heartbreaking. Was anyone looking out for the mental health of any of these kids having to go through this and then having to revisit it without any regards to them it was like it happening all over again. Just appalling. Statements could have been given in a safe environment and played for the court instead of violating these kids again. For a judge to allow such a thing. The attorneys mind blowing.

13. This poor baby! Just after you think you have put it in a place, you get to watch and see it all over again. The POS ‘school protector’ was the biggest waste of taxpayer money ever! Everyone who was UNPROTECTED ran INTO the fray to do whatever they could to protect those innocents lives. The ONLY man who had a weapon, who had a police background, who knew exactly what a gun sounded like stated OUT of the fray. Sure did play with his radio, though didn’t he. The LEAST he could have done was help to get the kids out of the way, IT WAS WHAT HE WAS HIRED FOR! But to him, he just saw it as a way to cruise through to retirement. His retirement should go to every one of those family members who were affected. Even if not one life was changed, he could stand and say he did EVERYTHING he could. Instead, he did NOTHING. Oxygen Waster

14. This trial is a complete waste of time. You cannot tell another human being what they saw what they knew what they heard. There is no way to know if Peterson chickened out or did it right. I hope the jurors realize this.

16. I agree with others. There is NO reason that the prosecutor should have done this to that child with the video! It was only done to emit emotion from the jury! At the very least, they could have prepared that child better! Sad, cold, and heartless!

18. The wictims, the kids felt they were betrayed and left by themselves without no one helped them during the shooting so that s maybe why they and their parents needed a scapegoat.

21. The horrific sounds and sights…. I am crying. The victims are SUFFERING. I wonder how anyone returned to the school EVER! I also wonder if the victims voluntarily testified or were compelled. Not that this is legally relevant, but I wonder what the victims think about Scot Peterson being charged and tried.
