I'm confused! If Janice's will WAS forged, and they know her children HAD been in her ORIGINAL WILL, then HER estate should go to back to them no? Or at the very least, an equal share. The forged will should be considered NULL AND VOID and ANYTHING (agreements for oil drilling, who is entitled to be paid from the oil etc.)which happened as a result of the FORGED should be immediately reversed.
That would also mean that HIM leaving ANY PART of THEIR share, to anyone else in a will when it wasn't just HIS to leave, would be ALSO be NULL AND VOID… so WHY have HER CHILDREN not yet tried to claim at least THEIR stake in the land and/or oil profits?
Just seems odd to me.
