I came to read the comments from all the internet attorneys 😂😂. The prosecution may not have gotten a conviction the first trial, they knew this and introduced prejudicial evidence of his past trial for wife 3..or 4.. acquitted. Thats why his case was overturned and he has a real chance of getting another acquittal.
Did he do it? Maybe, maybe not. Its what you can prove. I dont think the state has a strong case without introducing his past into evidence. Which is probably not going to happen again.
