I think that he sexually assisted her and the Dad didn’t want anyone to find out and the mom was either jealous or mad because she didn’t want her to have his kid so they killed her and made it look like she ran away

I have a strong feeling that he sexually abused her. She was pregnant. They decided to kill her, so they would not go to jail. I think the police failed in this case. This is a typical case of abuse that from the first marriage it was clear that she was aware of everything.
These keystone cops need to do there job, nothing is going to be handed to you GO AND INVESTIGATE!!!
Poor Monique, She suffered being horribly abused by her biological dad and then her stepdad too! This makes me so sad and angry. Innocent, helpless children should be protected.
