19. As a portlander we are used to seeing ppl get so wasted it puts them in permanent psychosis. Drugs and alcohol being the primary reason for psychological issues by these criminals.

21. This guy definitely is on the spectrum. I would bet money on it. The social inappropriateness, lack of boundaries, pacing, stimming, it's all there. He probably has not been treated for his anxiety or been in therapy for his issues so he's functional in the world but has mental/emotional issues especially relating to interpersonal relationships, impulse control and boundaries. He has a good sense of humor and he's obviously very intelligent. He's likely picked up on some of his catch phrases and things like head stands from watching his peers and trying to fit in.
