12. In the young man's defence, they crank those cuffs down on you so hard you can't stand it for long. If they would have loosened them a little he would have probably calmed down.

13. Think about the horrific treatment these poor people receive in jail. This could be you or your family. They need help not torture. Many are permanently messed up from this treatment.

14. Why wasn't the guy allowed to stay in the previous cell? The guy is crying out , but he is not a danger to anyone. I myself have been dealing with these drunks many times for work, and sleep is their best friend.
