1. I think he is not guilty, also I think the mother should feel guilty for not going and getting her daughter's ashes.shame on her

2. But sometimes people can exaggerate and add more words to what a person originally said. We do t know if that man’s guilty or not.you never know. He might be telling the truth

3. and i dont see someone jumping turned around backwards even if she did climb over like that.. it would of took atleast a full min or 2 (maybe even 3) and if he cared about her at all he could of grabbed her off the railing with ease right when he saw her trying to get up on it.. and i wanna say the majority of ppl that are gunna k*ll themselves do it privately

The investigator is just trying to make a name for himself..She was drunk and jumped..Is it sad yes but blaming others when you don't know the facts is absurd..People are saying why didn't he stop her well it doesn't take long for someone to climb over a rail and let go in fact takes seconds for it to happen..Look how many times a parent turns their back and a toddler climbs over a railing and falls..I think she committed suicide the argument got out of control and she made a decision..

7. I cannot believe her mother never picked up her own daughter's ashes'-how incredibly sad. Her daughter's ashes need to be put to rest. That breaks my heart. There is zero justification for her mother.
   I think the thing that we have to keep in mind is that this might have been an accident meaning she was highly intoxicated she leaned over the railing a little too far & lost her footing (and fell). It doesn't have to be a suicide it can just be an accident. If she had been sober, then yes it's suspicious. But the fact that she was like two times the legal limit makes it plausible that she could have fallen. Furthermore, I did not hear any motive on the boyfriend's part. Why would he kill her-what was the motive? Yes they might have been in a fight and he theoretically could have pushed her. The sad part is we will never know. At the end of the day she needs to be put to rest– her mother needs to go pick up her ashes and give her a proper burial. May she rest in peace.

15. I don't know if he did it or not but sometimes people make spur of the moment decisions especially when heavily intoxicated. She may not have been depressed but that doesn't mean she didn't jump.

16. When a person has that amount of achol in their body. They aren't able to make good decisions for that moment their in. Yes I think she could have committed suicide.

21. I’m sure she got proofs of his cheating and probably got in an argument.. she probably threatened to Jump over the ledge but not really planning on.. and she either fell or he took advantage of that opportunity and pushed her.

24. Sounds like to me that they got into a fight and she was being dramatic and climbed over the balcony to scare him or make a statement. Her idea back fired and she fell. Drunk people do shit like this all the time. The boyfriend seems like a total douche bag and selfish but his story makes more sense. And if the railing is that tall, then how did he just push her over the balcony? That would be 10x harder than her climbing over it.

25. Many people that commit suicide does not show any signs of, unhappiness, loneliness, depression…most suicidal people do not tell anyone that they are going to kill themselves, they just do it! It's hard to tell if this is murder case or suicide, no cameras…
