Not sure it is proper for the defense attorney to state right off the bat that the trial was fair. Seems like a bit of malpractice there. He also misspoke and said the burden is always on the defense. Two big mistakes in the first minute or two.
If she lost consciousness up to 10 times not reasonable to think there wouldn't be injury to her neck. Red marks or something. Glad jury went by the evidence.
The defense attorney Steve Dever is outstanding. He was previously the top deputy county prosecutor in cleveland. A real pro and fortunately got justice for his client here.
How did this case even come before the court? She was obviously looking for a bag from this pro athlete
Typical: Guilty till proven innocent, woman caught lying and woman gets away with it due to their fear of scaring "Real" victims from coming forward.
Courts do not find the truth; why are we assuming he is innocent because the court found him innocent? He did something he should not have done.
Shame on her for trying to destroy his life. Awful.

I wish they live-streamed MM’s testimony. They could’ve done it with just audio only. If she really did state that she was choked on her neck to the point of losing consciousness, I’d like to know how common it is to not have marks on the neck afterwards. Too many open questions, wonder how many there were for the jury to come to not guilty verdict. No way of knowing but there obviously was reasonable doubt for the 12 of them.
Tbh it sounds like a case of drunken regret. Sad in so many ways… i wish everyone well and hope lessons are learned on both sides.

It’s so disgusting how she got her friend to lie on the stand which is perjury, for her just to ruin a young mans life. Where are the charges against these liars. Men better wake up and stay away from or be very careful around women nowadays and film absolutely everything.

So i was on the chicks side at first but now i think its a false accusation money grab when she lied about how drunk she was it flipped me if it Really happened her being drunk wouldn't matter but the fact she lied makes it seem she felt she needed to lie to be more believable
