14. Dude was probably trying to kill himself. There's a video somewhere of a suspect on trial and he's not even in handcuffs, just walking along cheerfully talking to the police escort and whoop just jumps headfirst off the balcony without warning and breaks his neck.

19. @MiketheCop I recently found your channel and I've been enjoying the content and learning quite a bit. I've been working retail a couple years now and find myself recently in a supervisor position at a store that gets alot of serious shoplifters. Alot of the other supervisors, I've noticed, are pretty hair trigger about calling the police. I was wondering if you might make a video on things you wish retail workers were educated on before making a 911 call.
