  1. i get the bringing a gun into the argument is wrong but the fact that the proof is there that the bullet that killed her hit something else before hitting her proves that he didn’t intentionally shoot her, he wanted to scare her (i don’t agree with that part) but i also don’t agree that it was intentional

  2. Definitely shouldn’t have been a murder conviction. I do think manslaughter should’ve been the original charge.

  3. Disgusting! I did more time on DUI!!!! If I'd of known as long as I pretended to be happy, while I shot my ex, i wouldn't of wasted money on divorce 🤦‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🙄🥺

  4. I feel like he may have shot her then shot 4 more times to make a back story for why he was shooting in the first place. why would he shoot with kids in the house and not just threaten to shoot ? He meant to hurt her……..

  5. Instant thought of the seen of Will Smith in Bad Boys chitty chitty bang bang …….. But Seriously unless your life is in actual danger why the hell would you grab a gun just to end an argument?

  6. Sooooo…anybody can fire gunshots in their home and if it kills someone, they’re not responsible? 🤔

  7. I guess now him and Roxanne can be together 🤷🏾‍♀️ RIP to his late wife

  8. No one in their right mind, especially an ex marine, grabs a gun to scare their spouse into ending an argument. He shot up his house (even though his children were at risk) to make it look like his actions were accidental. An ex marine would have known how to make a fatal shot. He didn’t want it to look that way. How could a jury not convict him..at least of manslaughter if nothing else. If I truly accidentally killed someone with a firearm, I would be charged with manslaughter. He must have had some damn good lawyers. But He killed his wife intentionally. Shame on these jurors. And I hope karma gets him.

  9. Dang, he is saying that he was pissed off, heated argument? She didn’t harm him , so why didn’t he just leave the house? He is a POS and he will rot in hell.
