35. No one in their right mind, especially an ex marine, grabs a gun to scare their spouse into ending an argument. He shot up his house (even though his children were at risk) to make it look like his actions were accidental. An ex marine would have known how to make a fatal shot. He didn’t want it to look that way. How could a jury not convict him..at least of manslaughter if nothing else. If I truly accidentally killed someone with a firearm, I would be charged with manslaughter. He must have had some damn good lawyers. But He killed his wife intentionally. Shame on these jurors. And I hope karma gets him.
