   In Sharp County, Arkansas, Sheriff Shane Russell showed up at a family's front door, following allegations from a neighbor that they had been revving their engines earlier (on their own property). Sheriff Russell, flanked by other police officers, did not have a warrant. But he didn't let that stop him.

Ending qualified immunity is the only way to fix this. TYRANT Police, need to fear losing their job(revocation of training & standards cert.), getting charged, and face litigation, for what is clearly an attack against We The People's RIGHT'S.
   NEVER OPEN YOUR DOOR FOR THE POLICE, when at home, NEVER TALK TO THE POLICE W/O A LAWYER, even if you've done nothing wrong, and ALWAYS RECORD THE POLICE, it can take months if not years to get their videos.

10. Sheriff don't care if charges get dismissed,they just want to arrest and hopefully escalate some more charges. Then you gotta get cuffed,transported, processed,fingerprinted,searched,put in a cell for up to 24 hours in some cases before a clerk comes to sheriff's department to assess bail, or if you cannot afford bail, you wait in a cell to be transported to court,get searched again,put in another cell,wait all day to get assigned public defender,then arraigned in front of judge in cuffs and hopefully released. Then you gotta get all property back and find your own way home. That is just how it starts from arrest to arraignment just to get charges dismissed.

    No warrant no entry , if entry is forced then surely you are allowed to use deadly force as you would be in fear of your life .

19. Every other law enforcement officer at the scene had the duty to arrest the sheriff. None did because they had a thin blue line gang code they won’t violate.

31. As soon as the sheriff entered the home illegally it was a home invasion. He has no more right to enter the home than someone who was selling cookies. Arkansas has a castle doctrine that allows people to use lethal force in self-defense in their home or on their property without retreating if they meet certain conditions:

    They are not the initial aggressor
    They are legally present in the area
    They reasonably believe the other person is a threat of serious bodily harm or death
    They legally possess a firearm
    The situation is not related to criminal activity or organizations

    Arkansas also has a law that allows people to defend themselves without retreating from a threatening situation, whether they are inside or outside their home or property. This law applies if they believe they are facing imminent danger of death, serious bodily harm, or a forcible felony.
